A very reasonable price for a gorgeous quality built home in great condition. Beautiful woodwork, the doors, and the floors! I don’t know how people can say it’s overpriced. You couldn’t build a home like this today for anywhere near the asking price.

Why are there so many detached garages in such a cold climate?
Cheaper insurance with detached and if animals, livestock in them, you want separation ! You can attach on back but it is southern exposure. Basement outside entrance and lots of windows in the workshop to putter in. And with all that sunshine, passive solar in the rear home office or inlaw familly room with bath @JMVideos7676 means detached fits best with this location !

wish I was able to afford one of the grand old homes of houlton, always a dream. More likely to be starting with a smell place. That cape turned into a day care you listed a while back is more in my means, pricewise. Alway hopeful though. I've been watching for more than ten years now. You haven’t lived in Maine! So friendly. Very few places with crime issues. Just a calmer place. It’s into itself.

PQI is 39 miles away for daily commercial flights and Fredericton Canada has cheap flights using the dollar against the looney plus just an hour away. Houlton ME has 3 large grocery stores, a co op, farmers market, a Walmart.
