Actually today I was sooo sad .... And overthinking..... Even though I went to the gym and did the lower body workout.... When in the process for around half an hour... I felt the happiness..... Definitely weight training will change the mind .... It's the best medicine for mental health....
I whole heartedly appreciate your videos Doctor. I watch a lot of life style videos but somehow yours feel more genuine and detailed to me. Making time to hit the gym is the hardest for me right now. To overcome it, I will accept this challenge. Thanks for the motivation.

At age 39, I have been prediabetic for a long time, with my HbA1c currently at 6.23%. The consequences of unhealthy lifestyle habits such as smoking, drinking, drug use, and PEDs before age 40 can manifest severely after 40. It’s crucial to take care of our bodies, especially before and after 40, as this age marks a natural decline in various health aspects, including testosterone levels, muscle and bone mass, melatonin production, and stomach acid. Chronic metabolic disorders and other health issues also become more common, with the effects often more adverse for those who have significantly abused their physical health in the earlier ears of their lives. There is also a significant link between blood type and diabetes risk, along with genetic factors. For example, individuals with blood type B have the highest risk of developing diabetes, followed by type A, while those with blood type O have the lowest risk not only for diabetes but also for heart attack and stroke, though they are at a higher risk of peptic ulcers.
