Ayo Edibiri's speech, tone, and cadence are impeccable! Her great timing really shows what a great comedian she is.
She shows an unusual amount of polish for an SNL host, like she’s rehearsed this for weeks instead of hours. She’s a natural.

Honestly Ayo is 100% hilarious. Every sketch I have seen so far is just spot on when it comes to her performance.
Didn't like though that they made her apologize in a sense. But JLO having more BJs (business jobs) in the industry gets her more power
I had a feeling when the media was reporting on her comments made about JLo in the years old podcast that she would find a way to address it. I'm glad she did.

5:06 this is why I love this skit. (I posted this because I thought it would influence SNL to keep making new versions of the skit, and then they would remember my support through this TH-cam comment. Then they would reach out and ask for me to be the next SNL host.)
They should do a follow-up where one of the commenters is a genuine sociopath and isn't embarrassed at all.
That's why I wanted them to wait until Shane Gillis hosted, which won't be for another two weeks.

i mean it was an opinion and it wasn't horrible, Jlo did use a lot of people's vocals through out her career pretending they were hers and we have heard her sing live and she isn't very good, she's gotten better but , still.

I mean, kudos to Ayo for addressing the situation but she wasn’t wrong. Ashanti confirmed a couple years ago that JLo’s vocals weren’t her own and some of them were Ashanti’s. Another artist from demo tracks had her vocals used as well.
She didn’t need to punish herself for that.

So just to be clear, Ayo apologized then later Jlo came out and lip synched to a backing track but we only call that out when someone makes a mistake like ashley simpson? I mean they zoomed in pretty hard it was easy to see when jlo ended a note too early or was off mid-line. Its SNL its fine to lip synch but don't be a hypocrite about it...
