I absolutely did not expect Kenan to lose at mention of "Elin Musk". I bursted out laughing for that one 🤣

This was one of Bowen Yang’s best performances. He’s normally relegated to eccentric characters, but he can play calm and collected as well.
About the only really funny thing he’s ever done.
I think he also does slowly fraying almost as good as Heidi.

Kenan was good as the gameshow host but I always thought Hader had a real edge and menace in the role. Bowen brought that feeling in for me.
SNL just not the same without all the departed cast from last year like Kate, Amy, Pete, Kyle, Melissa and Alex. Thank God for Colin Jost and Michael Che. Only reason I watch !

I went back and rewatched. I doubt there was any wine that landed in the chair while she was sitting on it because the chair was so small. And if there was a tiny amount on the chair, it would have all been absorbed by the next contestant, so not everyone would have sat in it
@@JazzyB9481 As another commenter already pointed out, you can see the people after her reacting to the wine on the seat. You can see wine on the table the whole sketch, and you can see the amount they filled the glass (they topped her up) in which she spilled also on the floor in front of the seat. Based on the video posted and my basic knowledge of matter and science I'm pretty sure they all got to enjoy the wine. Thanks for your take though. A lot to think about.
@@StargazingDragon I did notice after I commented that there was more in the glass than what they showed being poured in the sketch, but I was too lazy to go back and watch everyone sitting down, lol. We're all still hoping they bring Chris Pratt back into rerecord the voice before the movie comes out. It's not impossible. Remember a couple years ago they completely redid Sonic the Hedgehog after people didn't like the way he looked in the previews

not gonna lie...this is actually a pretty interesting premise for a game show
NPR has a similar concept. From their website: "Wait, Wait...Don't Tell Me!, NPR's news quiz. In every episode, host Peter Sagal quizzes panelists and contestants on a smattering some of the week's most oddball events, from the eccentricities of world leaders to failed robberies." It's one of my favorite shows because it's quite funny.
This is showing that people are far too fragile if this is all it takes for them to snap. The issue is really with the individuals in question because issues haven't changed, only the perception of them due to scrutiny through on-tap news blocks and social media.

First actual laugh this got out of me was Keenan's first line. "Ah, yes I sure did. God bless America." He is just so reliably the best in any skit.
