That "Diamonds and Pearls" a hit my boy
I had the police turn up at night shining their torches around and accusing me of abducting my grandson and keeping him in my house against his will. Problem was I don't have any grandchildren but that didn't stop the female cop Changing the subject and claiming she was scared of my dog that was wagging her tail in an unthreatening manner. In hindsight I should have suggested she rethink her career in the police force and to get a far safer job if she was that scared. For context this was in June last year in New Zealand.
Ghost face is a meth gang in Georgia
The police have the right to arrest the accuser. They are choosing not to.
It's not a right. Rights are what protect us from the government. They have the *legal authority* to arrest the person if there's probable cause. This call on its own might be insufficient, but based on the repeated calls, it's quite possible that they have enough.
They will never punish the callers. Without them, they have very little to do. I’m not joking.
@@gregkasza1925 then it's up to us to exact consequences.

NEVER open the door after hours.
The idea that cops have no idea who called is a LIE.
NEVER, EVER give the time of day to liars.
never open the door for someone who BANGED on it.
Excellent life advice
Never open the door for people that wear clown costumes with guns
You forgot the most important one NEVER talk to cops ! Only speech should be in court.
I don't open the door after hours,either.
Or before hours, also.
Nope,won't do it.
Never open the door to cops. Speak through the door. They will play the foot in the door game, I smell something, I need ID, or worse.
@Sarge395
NEVER TALK TO THEM EITHER...don't say one word.

@@bicd3244 This day and age we have something called "caller id" .... and if the police station doesn't have it then somethings FISHY
He should’ve kept the convo on the ring doorbell and told them to have a nice night. Never go to the door and answer it.
The cop says they don’t know who called which is bullshit!! The 911 center will have the phone number which can be called back. To do a proper investigation, The police need to make contact with the caller otherwise it’s just hearsay.
They will always encourage all calls. This is what they actually do.
If it is a public call box that is all they can trace it's location. If it is a phony call the caller is long gone by when the police get there.
Never open a door, never!! Your life depends on it!!
Just set your ring doorbell to say “we’re not interested” automatically
Crazy how the cop states he's going to find out the guys name anyway after he refused to give his name. Yet they have no concern at all about the name of the caller who made the false report.
Horse's ass!
They absolutely can do a trace on the call! They can find out who called.
Don’t open the door people!

Don't open doors for cops.
Twice? The cops have been to my house at least 10 times. I never answer the door so they pound on all of my windows and doors to try to get me to answer. Two times? He's a rookie.
They try that with me I’ll just put on some headphones and turn on a movie or music and read a book!
That's a form of harassment and menacing as well, crimes!
If they don't leave within five minutes call 911 and tell them you have
trespassers that are wearing uniforms and have dispatch tell them to leave!
@@horseathalt7308 Calling the cops on the cops doesn't work out all that well.
@@OtaconProductionsWorldwide You're not calling the cops to come as much as you are documenting that they are trespassing on your property, and are hostile to you and refusing to leave. That 911 recording cannot be erased legally and could be used as evidence against the cops in court and they know it. So most of the time the dispatch is going to contact a senior leader and order them to leave the property.
@horseathalt7308 In a perfect world, you may be correct. But the reality is that the neighbor who calls the cops has a son who is a cop a few towns away and he is sending his buddies to harass me under the color of law, so there aren't any 911 recordings.
911 has the phone number of the caller. Why don't they go investigate the caller?

Acting on calls where the caller refuses to ID themselves is a major issue - especially for nothing issues like this where the cops were satisfied before they even knocked the door…
There should be a procedure put in place for anonymous complaint calls. Eliminating them. If you call the police to report "suspicious behavior" or "possible domestic violence" You should have to give your name, birth date and phone number. That way, if the claim ends up being false, the caller can get put in the hot seat... If you call to report a crime you should identify yourself. Maybe that will put a stop to karen calls, or nosy neighbors... How can phone calls be a reliable source, when you dont even know whos giving you the info? I guess the itch for their drug of choice (ID) is only when face to face...
That violates the fourth amendment
@@ProudAmerican1947
So do traffic stops..
There are countless videos showing anonymous calls resulting innocent deaths where the caller either Lied or was truly mistaken. There must be some accountability.
@@ProudAmerican1947Not when they are making an accusation against another it isn’t.
I don't have time to look at the screen and do my job right! I wish I could say that in my job.
the cop seemed relatively chill, BUT, if you come by, and you don't see any lights, and you walk around and don't hear any noise WTF is the point of banging on the door to "do an investigation'?
The point is not to investigate anything. The point is to make sure you know whose boot is on your neck.
3:08 Simple solution. Simply add a note to the CAD that if you are called to this address and officers are to respond, contact with the complainant is required. Bet that stops the BS.
S/O TO the other cop tht said. Let's go. We'll figure it out..
Cop’s are on such a power trip. F’ing hate them
You can tell they are lieing. Just to gain entry.
Door was opened….
so the man is just extremely lucky that these cops didn’t drag him out, place him in cuffs, then claim to be required to search the premises. Followed by a further violation of 4A by demanding everyone’s ID for the report.
Report of fighting at a residence = domestic violence allegation which many cops will use and cite as Exigent Circumstances, allowing them to force their way in.
NEVER open your door!!
After arriving to a quite house the cops should have left without waking up the sleeping tenants. Another bullsh t, We got a call intrusion. Talk to the caller, not to the quite residence.
No time to look at screen but time to stand and talk.
If someone called, they should be required to give their name and address.
Never will happen - if it did, the 'thin blue line thugs' wouldn't get to play their games.
Prior restraint on the piggies too…
Never open TF door or speak with them!!!
Right landlord has nothing to do with false police charges.
Never Ever Open the Door 🚪..If it was an Emergency or if they had a Warrant they would get in..Talk thru the door an ask for a Search Warrant..If No Warrant tell them to get off your property an if they refuse charge them with Criminal Trespassing
Make the people reporting give their names.
These cops should investigate the accuser! Then this will stop.
GREAT INFORMATIVE VIDEO !!! CAMERAS AND CLOSED DOORS SAVE PEOPLE FROM TYRANTS !!!
First thing I noticed wrong was the cop blinding the camera with his flashlight.
I have to give the cops some credit, as our Host points out they came, saw nothing, and left.
🙏💯
3:29 I don’t have time to look at my screen ? What in the hell is wrong with this world? That is the dumbest thing a human can ever say all cops do is drive around, staring at their screen
Cops are not there to protect you.
They’re not knocking on your door in the early hours of the morning because of a call they already know is bullshit. They are letting you know who’s boss, and that they have the power to harass you whenever they want.
The Officers did handle this well…
But
Never open the door.
If you speak with Police. NEVER answer questions, just ask them!
Acquaint yourself of State law, and your inalienable rights.
Remain calm when addressing the Police, for THAT in itself is reflective in that you are coming from a place of authority and exhibiting you are on solid ground as to your position.
Insist that they BRING The COMPLAINS to your door. . And give their COMPLIMENT to the Officers in front of you UNDER OAT. The Officer has NO KNOWLEDGE of ANYTHING. They just have the word of the Dispatcher

They know who called it in as they record the phone number. Easy to go to the caller and file false report charges
The only problem is that he opened the door 991 records all numbers
I like your ATTITUDE BROTHER 💛
Thank you for teaching me Important Information
Never open the door, ask if they have a warrant, tell them have a good night.
Never answer the door. If you see the cops at your door and you don't need them, don't answer the door.
Nicely said brother 💯✊
These police did great here in this instance, I give credit where it's due.
Don't EVER open the door!
Never.... NEVER, open the door. Use a Ring doorbell, or talk to them through the door.
This is SWATting and should be prosecuted as such.
This is called (Swatting) now a common practice that is creating a new problem among the public.
What can you do about it, do a public data request for the call to the police, because the person calling will have to give the police their name, address, phone number, etc.
There is no requirement to give your name or address when making a call to the police department or 911.
You're mistaken about callers having to identify
@@EZP33ZEE you don’t have to give your name nor your address nor your phone number
They don’t that’s why it’s funny.
Cops can show up to your house on a bogus 9-1-1 call that could possibly result in your murder as a result of a completely anonymous call. The people making the call don’t even need to be in the same jurisdiction as you.
@@EZP33ZEE But most do identify not knowing they don't have to.
An anonymous tip is NOT evidence and it is NOT probable cause. If these 'officers ' did not see or hear any sort of disturbance, they had no lawful reason to even knock on the door.
Cips don't have to go to every call!
I've called them and they left me hanging when there was someone with access to a firearm when they were not mentally competent to take care of themselves. Cops couldn't be bothered to stop by and check things out.
The Police CAN tell who is calling!! Also they ask the caller their name and confirm the callers phone number!
Don’t answer the damn door!!!
We’re laying in the bed what’s up? 😂
the cops need to investigate the caller.
Don't answer the door!!
The cops know who called in the false report, they have caller ID with names and addresses.
Should have demanded the call number
Exactly brother
🔥🔥
"We got a call" are four of the dirtiest words in the English (or any other ) language.
The pigs can't help but lie in every single situation. They say they don't know who called, but the 911 operator (a) asked for the caller's name on the phone, which they always do, and (b) has caller ID so they knew it anyway.
and cops ask why dont citizens trust or respect us ??
Sounds like he’s being swatted
Cops seemed to know exactly where the guys camera was. Both officers shined their flashlights directly onto the camera before knocking.
Hell yeah
I would not have even opened the door. I would have said hit the road.
My front and back doors have heavy duty security screen doors....i also have btight ass flood lights on a switch just for cops!
People calling the cops gives the cops job security…they don’t want to stop the calls, that would put them out of work. They don’t have time to investigate anything, but they got a call not even knowing who called. That’s what they need to investigate.
like on your way in. ❤❤❤
My 2 cents is the man asked the cop to check the reports and he stated I don't have time to look at the screen. Isn't that his job.
That cop said when he pulled up he stood outside for a few he did hear but because he has a badge he had to knock and wake you up. And then stand on your porch like he is your friend leaning on the railing all comply cool.what a piece of crap.
Sue sue sue
Damn San jonquin you da man. Thanks for all the info you share with the people
If you don't know who called it's hearsay.
33 second in made me spit out my coffee, but i forgive you. LOL
👍👍
At least, when they asked for his name, and he said “I don’t answer questions “ they didn’t push it at all. It’s nice to finally see cops handle it properly! But this was a 1 in a million video
Because they were there on a bullshit “call” and had no reason to continue being on the property.
Doing literally anything in the curtilage of a private home is presumptively a violation of the constitution. If they sue the cops, the burden of proof is on the cops to prove it wasn’t.
Well if you stood outside and you heard nothing why knock on his door.
Lies,gaslighting and threats..
He is calling him a liar. Passive aggressive behavior.
Cop: I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Get the facts before you act.
Do work Patriots
Never talk to the cops
They’re liars FTP
1st: don't open the door. 2nd:use a door camera. 3rd: if they don't have a warrant, end the conversation.
Get the caller go get them
