The only issue I have is what he's doing is he threatened a cop. And I know people are going to say not. But when you say either you get him under control or I will that is a threat. Other than that the cops were absolutely way out of line here. He's just standing there recording. He is allowed to do that by law and is protected by the constitution. Again, don't threaten cops even if they're walking up on you and flashing a light in your face.

By you saying cops swear an oath to the constitution is somewhat misleading! They don't swear an oath to what the constitution says, thus the reason for their ignorance to what it says! They swear an oath to defend the constitution only!
Maybe it's just me but I don't see the 2 being interchangeable!
