Our city is 8am to 10pm it can be as loud as you want.
We had a cop stop at the garage we practice out band at . Around 8pm and instead of telling us to turn it down, he sat in on drums for 2 songs 😂 told us at 10pm to switch to the acoustic guitars that's it .
This is probably why they didn't charge him with a noise violation.. because it was during daytime hours.
If cops want to enforce noise ordinance they are supposed to measure it out before they even knock on your door
hmmmm noise complaints...... they are legit for the most part. if you can "hear" something from the side walk of someones home then its loud.
@@darthtechnologies553the only way they could even attempt to slither their way out of this, would be to say that under "plain view doctrine" they spotted something through his open door that they believed was illegal.
@@will1000b Not in a mobile home park. A child running down the hallway of one unit can be clearly heard inside of a neighbor's unit. The same goes with some cheaply constructed townhomes and apartments.
Arrest IN HIS HOUSE without a warrant? THESE COPPERS are OUT OF THEIR FREAKING MINDS. Lawsuit?????
he may have missed his court date ??
@@neal-stewart834 If they had an arrest warrant, they would have said so. There is ABSOLUTELY no legal basis for coming into a house WITHOUT a WARRANT in the absence of “exigent circumstances” like, a fleeing bank robber, gun shots, screams for help. Coppers cannot just go in and arrest somebody for a violation of a noise ordinance INSIDE THEIR HOUSE, without a warrant. This guy will likely get a SHUT TIN of moolah in the federal law suit. NO WARRANT, NO ENTRY.
hope there is a lawsuit for these ignorant tyrants.
contempt of cop for not following their illegal orders and kissing their boots.
i would
NEVER answer the door for armed gang members!!!
Exactly 💯
fact is, today LEO are now acting like the Nazi Gestapo
Even if he did violate a noise ordinance or committed breach of the peace or some other BS, this is STILL an illegal arrest as they had no right to enter his home without a warrant.
they didn't use a decibel meter or any device to determine the sound level, and i think laws apply to evenings and nights not daytime.
right on
Just how could someone e disorderly in their own home
Correct, the cops broke the law. They had no warrant to enter his property, nor make an arrest. The cops 🐷 then assaulted the victim and kidnapped him to extort money from him to release their kidnapping victim
@dunningkruger4863 this is one of the few ways. It's basically a tiny earthquake machine so it affects more than your property. I could knock your pictures down from the sound system in my car when I was a teen. That's not my right.
That was breaking and entering. That cop (civil servant) should be charged with a felony
should be. But it takes a lot to fight the power. $10K plus the time plus the retaliation all the way to an unknown finish.
Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241 - Conspiracy Against Rights : "Punishment varies from a fine or imprisonment of up to ten years, or both; and if death results, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, [SNIP] shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years, or for life, or may be sentenced to death." If cops start getting the noose for such arrests, they would change their tune real fast.
That was breaking and entering enhanced with a firearm. If you broke into a home while in possession of a weapon, even bolstered, they would enhance the charge to include the firearm.
AFTER they are embalmed 😂
The fact that he broke the door open to come inside is breaking and entering which makes everything else commission of crime. So that's kidnapping, assault and battery, assault with a deadly weapon, and bunch of other charges
100% an ego driven arrest.
"The nature of power is such that even those who have not sought it, but have had it forced upon them, tend to acquire a taste for more." Aldous Huxley (Brave New World)
When there's explosive mood escalations over not getting one's way, that's evidence of mental illness.
Kidnapping. A very serious felony plus sentence enhancements on account of the firearms. 20 to 25 years in prison.
They got their feelers hurt that a young man knows the law better than they do. Is being a soft coward part of the prerequisite of becoming a tyrant? Sure seems like it
That’s a Fourth Amendment violation. They had no warrant and there were no exigent circumstances that would warrant them breaking in. This is tyranny. Second Amendment rules apply.
This is why we do not answer that door. I don’t have a ring camera or anything so personally, I NEVER answer an unexpected knock. NO MATTER WHO it is. People that I would answer for, know to call me ahead of time. I don’t think these cops would have been dumb enough to break knock and talk rules by busting down the doors if nobody answers. Don’t answer the door! Don’t even let them see your shadow!
The most protected place is inside your home. I hope there is an attorney who will sue them for violation of his Constitutional rights.
Facts!!!
I’m saddened by the loss of our Constitutional Republic.
Federal republic.
One generation away from tyranny. The dumbing down in the schools, the rot, the lamestream agenda, the gestapo cops, feelings police, a million tiny petty laws, and people more in touch with T Swift than their rights.
Just letters and words at this point
@@Andy-te1mw I hear ya buddy.
Wow. At the point of breaking and entering they become criminals. And it's a shame that he never had a firearm on him to defend himself.
Amen
"The nature of power is such that even those who have not sought it, but have had it forced upon them, tend to acquire a taste for more." Aldous Huxley (Brave New World)
Second degree burglary
If he did have a firearm on him and pulled it to defend his property he is more than likely deceased that night, you know those cops aren't going stop in the middle of violating your rights now that you've brandished a weapon.
No warrant was mentioned in the second video and still they went in... never answer the door to cops
They planned to go in. The cop that started it had his hand on the screen door handle the whole time. I was hoping the man had the door locked but either it wasn’t or the cop just muscled it.
See cops treat Americans like Afghans or something. Did they really need to arrest this man like that for a noise complaint? A noise complaint with no hard evidence no less?
Holly shit, that city and police department is done
Yup, they will feel so sad to pay this guy a measly $10k for a 4th amendment violation. It's going to hurt them soooo bad. Even if they killed the guy and had to pay his family a Million dollars, they don't care, it won't affect them in any way meaningful. Even if they fire these cops... the cops will get rehired within a year and continue to do this over and over. They do not care about punishments because the punishment does not fir the crime here.

@@bettyschnauber8238 thanks 😊
AND yet they won't show up for DV calls because of the danger 🙄
True story. I have two siblings, one is a cop, the other has some issues. Cop didn't want the other sibling staying with our parents and when they ignored them, the cop sibling called the local district and told them NOT to come to our parent's house if called because the sibling might be violent and the residents had been warned. Their own parents. It was one of the moments that made me realize that all cops are bad, it's drilled into them.
@@BasedPatriot-USA sadly, you are not wrong.
These cops broke into somebody's house and should be arrested for trespassing and for breaking in entry.
If the person stated that they have an hearing problem and the police disregard that, they're in for a rude awakening that's straight up discrimination right there...
That’s true I grew up in a mafia neighborhood, and it was all about respect!
These cops are out of control and completely in the wrong !!! These cops must be held accountable for their illegal acts !!!
*Recently had popo come knocking, didn't open door, spoke from vantage point window, peering down on them, popo weren't happy feeling uneasy.*
Perfect
self defense is warranted here.
Underrated comment.
Why do that? Even if he won the battle at the door, he'd be in the morgue by nightfall.
@@dper1112 If you believe that, keep bending over then. What do you care if someone else is brave? What do you care if it's, liberty or death? Do brave folks make you feel ashamed?
@@dper1112 Sick of cowards, disrespecting the blood and treasure that paid for our freedom.
🤔 @@dper1112 That's not a guarantee!
Never open the door, talk through your window.
Wow,breaking and entering!
Wow! They break right into his house without a warrant and assault him. No exigent circumstances. No threat. Clearly unreasonable. Who’s the criminal 🤔 …
Never open the door for Cops 1:15
The LAW tells you when you can take action and what action to take. It stipulates what a violation is. If you don't meet the requirements under the law, you have no authority to take action.
Sounds like the cops think, if you have your lawnmower/leaf blower/snowblower etc going during the day and the neighbors complain, they can come into your house and arrest you for it? These idiots are the worst!
I have neighbors who have parties with a band they’re very respectful they stop playing at 11 but I enjoy the music coming from their house. It’s kinda nice.
It should be mandatory you don't speak to the cops!
Feelings over freedom
"We got a call", essentially. Doesn't really matter what the reason is, they "got a call", so directives and threats are in order, escalated to an unlawful arrest if they can manage it. Feelings Enforcement doing what they do, all day, every day.
Yes, unfortunately our "supreme" court gave them the "got a call" excuse to conjure up reasonable suspicion. Once they think they have a shred of authority, they go full dumb and trample all over people like the jackboots they are. They should change the color of their uniforms to brown... nah, nevermind. They're just the same regardless of the color.
That's a wonderful lawsuit the cops just walked themselves into.
No warrant. No exigent circumstances. Illegal entry.
Legalized extortion
It's not legal. Completely unconstitutional
Everything is subjective, no law just feelings and opinions.
So damn sick of officers acting like thugs
I hope he gets a bigger base with his lawsuit money
Me too! Cops talk about using headphones. Maybe the neighbor could use earplugs.
Never answer the door. Film them from a window.
I literally built a lockable front fence so no one including cops can get to my front door to start with then if the gate happens to be unlocked I have a security front privacy door that I can see and talk through without unlocking
Excellent thinking.
I sure hope he gets a good lawyer and Sue the hell out of them and we need to end this qualified immunity or immunity bulshit for officers or any government official
Lawsuit!!!
Please sue them please.
He pulled the screen door open . I thought this was not allowed without a warrant.
Just double checked our local house ordinance. No decibels mentioned anywhere in it. Rather, they use "plainly audible" verbiage and that's absolute BS.
In theory, my neighbor at the opposite end of our cul-de-sac violated it when she yelled from her front door to her parents getting in their car, because i could tell that she was telling them they forgot something in her house, even though i was more than 300 feet away.
I hear other neighbors a couple streets over playing as a live band some evenings. It's "plainly audible" from over 300 feet away but objectively NOT disturbing. That's why there should be a specific decibel level in all such ordinances. Regardless, unless it was louder than EVERYTHING i was doing, i wouldn't dream of calling police. Even if it was, that would be my last resort.
Most noise ordinance have a time period like 10pm-8am. Everything else is fair game.
See a cop, lock the door, turn the sound down and ignore them.
Perfect
I DO NOT ANSWER THE DOOR FOR COPS! They aren't your friends...talk nice all you want. No. 👍
Cops need a warrant or exigent circumstances to enter your home or arrest you in your home. Probable cause is not enough when you are in your own home. What a shameful violation of his 4th amendment rights.
Shocking, but not surprising. That guy has a fantastic case against the City there. I think I hear the 7th Amendment bullet train driving into the courthouse right now, with those officers sitting in 1st class up front for the show about to begin! :) Great coverage SJ!
I'd say he's about to upgrade from that mobile home. Oh, and probably a new sound system! Lol.
@@liberpater1342lol. I'd say you are indeed quite correct!
Cop who broke into that house without a warrant needs to be charged and imprisoned .
That guy is so lucky he didnt have an unpaid parking ticket.....
Never talk to the cops
No warrant no entry
Never open the door
They completely broke the law and violated his rights. They are going to say they investigated the situation and found no wrong doing and then settle with a undisclosed amount of money
some one PLEASE go to cop school with a hidden camera PLEASE!!! we NEED to see how bad cadets ARE beaten to hate us so much!!!
Great point David, i edit my videos in my garage. My neighbor is constantly doing yard work, and i hear his mower and leaf blower going all the time. I can't call the cops on him while im editing my next video because it's bothering me. Excellent point!!
The mafia had a strict policy against hurting women and children unlike our cowards in blue. Thanks for sharing this. Stay safe!
Thay was just sick, guys....damn.
Wow! Just wow.
Good luck on qualified immunity on that one no warrant. That’s is overreach kicking in the door this is a lawsuit these officers have earned the hate.🇺🇸
We also need legislation that prohibits insurance or tax money from paying anything when qualified immunity is revoked. These idiots will keep acting like that until there's nobody to bail them out.
Thats a slamp dunk lawsuit. Cops cant come into ur house without a warrant
No warrant to enter his house! He has a slam dunk lawsuit!
2ns video, straight up home invasion, no warrant, illegal entry. Those cops are lucky the citizen didn't exercise his 2nd amendment right. To all oath breaking LEO, if you value your "officer safety," I would advise not engaging in unlawful behavior because it would be detrimental to your health. Tread lightly.
They r too stupid.
WHAT I JUST WATCH IS A BIG TIME LAWSUIT!!
If they start loosing their lives for these types of actions then they will slowly stop doing them
I am old enough to remember when policemen were a respected part of the community. Now they act like a foreign occupying force.
I'm 34. I didn't remember that.
The officer that went in without the warrant should be fired and sued immediately. I bet they didn't even know the noise ordinance.
Love listening to your commentary you give with your videos. Your words always hit home for me. Thank you for all your time & effort. I appreciate you.
This guy shouldn't have answered the door. Never talk to cops.
Abolish Qualified Immunity
National Police Reform
Oh im so grateful for my corn and soybeans neighbors. They never make trouble. My closest human neighbors are wonderful people.
OH MY GOSH ❗️This is horrible 😤. Thank you David. Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸
Had a incident at my apartment while I was out of town. I gave a friend who has a delivery/ taxi service permission to have access to my apartment to rest use the bathroom and so forth. But said no drinking or smoking weed which is legal in Michigan. The start of this is because a neighbor accused me of cooking crack . Had the apartment manager come over twice with no evidence.Daid neighbor called again while I was out of town . Had 13 cops show up at the door . Being dumb he let them in . Nothing was being done wrong. They searched my apartment. Went thru my trash and medication bottles. Apartment manager had him trespassed from the property. And he still is. The issue I had was the cops just walking in with no warrant. And failed to contact me immediately to confirm I gave him permission to be here. Also I am a disabled Veteran. Friend would always swing by to check up on me . If i needed help or anything from the store he would help.
Ole boy fixing to get paid!
This guy better sue.
I remember we was having church and the neighbors called the police 🚔 i couldn't wait to see how my preacher handled it. He told that cop I'll turn it down when you turn down that high-school band i can hear across town that Is celebrating that football game i hear 3 miles away. Cop looks at him and says point made. Then he left.
I had this happen for fireworks on 4th of July about 25 years ago. The police came. Asked are you done? I said yes, and they left. That is how it should be. Some anti-patriot called them on July 4 for fireworks. The police back then were a bit more practical.
This is another fine episode of AUTHORITY MAN! Now with new and improved lower IQ, from 95 down to 75 now. fyi, those who haven't seen it, this is a reference to the ben garrison comic Authority Man.
This guy should sue, unlawful arrest!! Police officers need to learn and enforce Laws, not other people's feelings!!!!! This is exactly why we need to end qualified immunity for police officers, hold them accountable, then they would actually start learning the Laws
This is ridiculous... Abolish qualified immunity. Defund the blue line gang
He messed up telling them he had court perfect opportunity to take his ass in and make him miss it.
I’ve seen cops do that in other videos.
No warrant, unlawful arrest and excessive force .
The Nazi Gestapo SS troopers attack and invade this guys Home, and hurt him.
Sue their ass, they can not come into your house without a warrant. Don't need to open the door or talk to them when they come knocking without a warrant.
How that cop open the screen door without warrant! LAWSUIT!!!!!
I had a neighbor who would call the police on me 3-4x a month for whatever they could harass me for. Because I built a 2 car garage out back on my property, with a city permit. The cops came every time like I was the bad guy so I stopped answering the door, or I'd throw their law back into their face. I told the neighbor they were moving they just didn't know it yet. They moved within 2 years. I can't tell you how I got them to move. Statute of limitations isn't up yet. Let's just say they got hardcore mind fucked.
Remove Qualified Immunity immediately
Make the compansitory money come from the cops pockets and the police unions .
Woo! My comment is on the video! It was a true story! Never talk to the cops!

Bass notes are something that the body feels more than the ears do hearing them.
Unlawful entry, battery, kidnapped and arrested for no victim and coppers ego. 👎
In high school I had a party with 3 live bands, kegs of beer, and cars parked around the block. The cops came at midnight, told a bunch of 17 year-olds to not start the 3rd band and then left 😮😮

@@MaryCoster-Mullen She had wisdom and common sense.

"We verified the music is too loud." Really? What was the decibel level? How did you measure it? What time is it (because some ordinances are time-of-day specific - between 10pm and 6am, typically).
It's going to be important in court. The law is specific and the cops will have to be too.
Cops politely Should have Requested to Turn Down A Bit ! No Decible Reader Evidence ?
Who protects the innocent from the law breaking, civil rights violating, badge bullies?
This is why you never open your door.
They are talking and hearing each other without raising their voices so the music can’t be THAT loud. Some neighbors are unreasonable, entitled, and passive aggressive.
And here's one more reason why I would never ever under any circumstance whatsoever render aid or assistance to a police officer.
Those cop are trying very hard to bring Bad Elk back as legitimate self defense case law.
That is the most incredibly textbook illegal entry and arrest. LOL. I mean that one is not even close.
