Dr Datis Kharrazian, (scientist, functional neurologist, who teaches other doctors) said that after he wrote his book on brain health that they discovered in their experiments that a three day water fast gives the best results for clearing out old brain cells! If you decide to do this, have someone looking out for you, always have rosemary tea on hand in case you feel weak or honey in water. You'll break the fast but it's better than fainting. Each time is different, so one time may be easy and another time difficult. It's very rewarding. Don't do any walking or exercise during your fast it'll ruin your liver.

digestion takes up a lot of energy so fasting gives ur intestines a rest which allows the energy to hv to go elsewhere. it also restores ur immune system and starts repair of the gut

I think many people have issues with high cortisol on a regular basis and that would be very informative. Thank you for all your advice.

I think EMF plays a large % of fatigue and some disturbance.....Children/youth need to play more sports or get active physically rather than be glued to a computer or some form of device. Adults, need to find healthier ways to chill than drown on the alcohol to manage their stress.
This generation has extremely low tolerance on stress. I truly blame it on EMF and bio-engineered and processed food.

@@KarenG.-qs7wcI was addicted to coffee, usually drinking 8-10 cups daily just to keep me somewhat awake and moving. Fortunately, I always drink it black because if I used sugar that would have been even worse for me. I quit cold turkey about 6 weeks ago and I'm more exhausted than ever, so much so that I sleep more than 16 hours a day. I've always eaten a very healthy diet so I don't know what is responsible for my exhaustion. Blood work comes back normal. It's so frustrating to struggle this way.

To get rid of fatigue, it's always needs necessary for an individual to stay active, to stay productive and proactive, being optimistic and overcomer. One should burn his calories as much as he can. He must avoid excess spices and calories. He must be engaged with productive and pogressive activities.
