I just found Sydney on TH-cam and so thankful I did!!!! I have been doing someone else’s TH-cam workouts and she does way too much high intensity cardio. I am 41 and can’t hang 😂. Since starting Sydney’s workouts I have seen a tremendous change in my body composition. I can see the muscle definition developing. Thank you for bringing awesome at home workouts that build lean muscle!!!!

This was a fun one! 30 seconds after the 45’s flew by. I liked the shoulder/core stabilizer move. I WISH I could remember which video was focused on standing core - I was so sore for a couple days. And I loved it!
looked at this this morning but been busy with granchildren all day slipped in 3 k swim before doing this work out and delighted I did .. Great week so happy to relax now.
