This has been one of my favorite programs as well! I have a medical condition where I can’t do a lot of abs so I can’t go full force but I do what I can of your workouts! I always feel better after! Starting again after my 3rd baby this time is harder but doing my best! ❤❤
That was tough...wasn't feel string today but still pushed through....had to drop my weight by half in last glute exercise, glutes were shaking and i was struggling. But I've learnt from Sydney sometimes you just can't lift as heavy your body feels tired. Tomorrow will be a new day. Glutes and legs crushed it.thank you Sydney ❤ 💛 🖤 🇦🇺
i really enjoyed the heel assisted RDL's - i usually struggle to connect with that particular move, but doing it that way i could really feel the connection and muscle engagement!
Great way to start the morning. I loved that we started with banded work instead of ending with it. Not a fan of jackknives, but I pushed through and felt the burn.
Really a great workout!! Just getting back into a workout routine and this was a great start. 🎉 Will definitely be returning and letting friends know about your Chanel ❤

Love how the moves were grouped today. Defintely can feel ab strength gains this month. Used dumbbells on all the ab moves for added resistance & added on 10min glutes and 5min abs since I prefer a longer workout.
Another amazing workout! I knew I like strength training, but this month has really shown how much and how much more I can push or pull. Thanks for all the confidence and personal gains.🎉

Loved this spicy workout! I will say I’m feeling nausea when I do sit-ups or jackknives where my head comes up from the floor so tried to modify the middle set of abs a bit.
Respect for Sydney pushing herself to failure to be true to her motivational speech.
