I’ve now successfully completed your third fitness program and have lost an incredible 23 kg! Sidney, I finally made it to a 5am workout! 🎉 I used to be able to get up at this time to workout, even when my boys were much younger. But lately I wasn’t as discipline and would workout whenever I had time in the day. There’s nothing like starting your day off with a great workout like this one. I’m a mom of 2 little boys, wife, I work 32 hrs a week and just recently started grad school to become a Psych Mental Health NP. I have to take care of myself really well through the next 2 years so I don’t burn out 😅 Early morning workouts are my top priority. By the way, working out before a study session is proven to help with focus and retention 🧐🧠 You might not read this, but if you do, I appreciate you so much. I’ve loved seeing you become a strong beautiful mama. I’m so proud of you!

These 30 min workouts have been such a great way to start my day at 5 a.m. I recently went back to work after having my first baby and it's been tough to fit fitness in between working full time and being a mom. I have been making it a priority to get it done early in the day so I can show up for everyone in my life (including myself!) in the best way possible. Thank you Sydney & community!!!

Loved this workout!❤ I felt a good push from my legs but also got my heart rate up and a great sweat on. I was a little skeptical of only 30 minute workouts but so far they have not disappointed. After all my years with Sydney, I should know by now never to doubt her! 🥵😁

Holding myself truly accountable this month because I was slacking so bad last month. Aside from that, I’ve noticed my balance in my split squats has gotten so much better compared to a few months ago!
I have to confess, I'm on my period and today is a heavy day, I only did the first 2 sets and skipped the last 2 🙈 but I'm proud that i moved my body by doing half the workout - better than nothing, i suppose! 😂

This workout was on fire! 🔥 I started out so strong this week but with getting back to a regular work schedule after the holidays has been more exhausting! It felt great to do this workout and the 20 minute seated stretch! Just what I needed. That was AWESOME!! I still struggle with balance during split squats and recognize significantly more weakness on my left leg during RDLs. Am convinced the latter is affecting my skiing so will part extra attention to these during my workouts! Thank you Sydney -
Hi Sydney ! Thanks for your video, I started a few weeks ago and I am really enjoying it. It is as short as I need and just enough weight training to complete my other workouts (Yoga & pole dance). I love the clarity of your explanations, the correction you sometimes point out have helped me get a better movement or form. I always practice in my Caribbean garden, early morning or end of the afternoon, the short video + the 30 secondes system makes it so approchable and not time to loose motivation or get distracted. My heart rate goes up so much during leg workouts! I usually pause for like 2 mins in between sets, instead of 30 seconds, so I can be sure that I can give full strength effort on the next set.

Hey girl -- lost 37 lbs last year with eating right: no processed food, fried foods, dairy, sugar, alchohol. I finally figured out it's about eating real food and low carb foods and mixed in 150 minutes of workouts with you! I wasn't even trying to lose the weight, it just fell off and I deflated! I put back on 10 lbs over the year, but now back on my mission to eating right and getting fit! Thanks for all you do for us!
As of the new year I started doing your workouts and love them!!! My new year goal is to do them this whole year. I am 8 months pp with my second and love the workouts you put out, but also love how encouraging you are. The days you don’t post a workout I go and find one you posted last year and do one of those. You are by far my favorite workout trainer I’ve ever found. Thank you thank you THANK YOU. I know this is your job, but I really appreciate you. My goal is to wake up at 5 am before my kids wake and do one of your workouts and also do the treadmill for 30/45 minutes. And so far I’ve made it. Hey girl -- lost 37 lbs last year with eating right: no processed food, fried foods, dairy, sugar, alchohol. I finally figured out it's about eating real food and low carb foods and mixed in 150 minutes of workouts with you! I wasn't even trying to lose the weight, it just fell off and I deflated! I put back on 10 lbs over the year, but now back on my mission to eating right and getting fit! Thanks for all you do for us!
Worked out after a month of holidays and I was visibly exhausted 😩. Felt like a loser because strength is gone. But I will bounce back soon ❤❤

As of the new year I started doing your workouts and love them!!! My new year goal is to do them this whole year. I am 8 months pp with my second and love the workouts you put out, but also love how encouraging you are. The days you don’t post a workout I go and find one you posted last year and do one of those. You are by far my favorite workout trainer I’ve ever found. Thank you thank you THANK YOU. I know this is your job, but I really appreciate you. My goal is to wake up at 5 am before my kids wake and do one of your workouts and also do the treadmill for 30/45 minutes. And so far I’ve made it. So from my little basement workout room I’m over here appreciating you more then you know ❤

Loved this workout and needed this workout. All of LA is on fire, my best friend lost her home yesterday, and I know many others who have as well. Really needed a moment to clear my mind and focus on my mental and physical health. Thanks for creating that space for me, Sydney!
