  • Push Down One Arm is kinda like Saw on the mat, but on the Wunda Chair.
It's an amazing way to even out possible imbalances in the upper body, plus it's a new way to challenge the proprioception.
    SPRING:
    1 middle spring
    REPETITIONS:
Press the pedal down 3x. On the third repetition, bend and extend the elbow 3x without the body moving.
    - Articulate the spine to lower and lift
    - Keep the hand that's on the pedal directly underneath the shoulder
    - Lift the kneecaps up and squeeze the legs together throughout
    - The waist pulls up as the pedal goes down and up
    - When bending the elbow, nothing shifts
