Set clock Kawa Z750/Z1000 Gen I/II/III

This video explains how to set the clock of a Kawasaki Z1000 or Z750 for all builds from from 2003 until 2013, generation I/II/III.
In text:
1.) click mode (upper) button until the odometer "ODO" is displayed (ie not trip A or B)
2.) Hold the reset (lower) button down until clock starts flashing.
3.) Press reset button to switch between hours and minutes
4.) Press mode button to change hours/minutes
5.) Once time is set, press reset button until hours and minutes are both flashing, then press lmode button to set the time firmly

Why was the red flight flashing and that other symbol?

It's normal. Have one myself and it goes off when the bike starts.
Quoting from the original Owners Manual:
The warning light in the meter instrument and the oil pressure warning symbol in the digital meter flash whenever the oil pressure is dangerously low OR the ignition switch is in the ON position with the engine not running, and go off when the engine oil pressure is high enough.

Is the Odometer also resettable? Or is it always showing drives kilometers?

It is not fore obvious fraudulent reasons. The trips can be reset though.
