    You shouldn't be using that round oring on the backing plate. Only the one that has the 4 squares. The round one is for a tp38 turbo

      It came off so I put a new one on. Thank you. I will have to go and take it out.

    If you haven't deleted you CCV you will definitely have oil in the turbo. The stock CCV dumps crank case oil vapor in your turbo inlet. Your intercooler will have oil in it too. I deleted my CCV 15 years ago and I am still getting oil out of my intercooler. I have used an impact many times on the compressor wheel with no issues at all. Just hit it once and don't use the impact to re-install it.

      Ccv is deleted

      And the compressor seal got damaged somehow. I lost a bunch of oil within a 1/2 mile.
