Do you have an exercise programme to address mobility with a view to improve the whole ‘canister’ system i.e. upper body, rib cage, spine, hips etc I used to do a lot of weight training but need to go back to basics. Perhaps because of sitting so much? That weakens the pelvic floor.
But that are just my thoughts, not science.
