At 3:20 you turn all the burners off except for the one to your right (sausage) however, at 7:20 you mentioned that you turned all the burners back on to low. I have trouble dialing in a setting for pancakes. What is your ideal temperature for pancakes and do you keep the griddle off or on low? These look great.
I tried some chocolate chip and peanut butter chip/banana pancakes they were a disaster. lol It was still summer here in AZ and the chips all melted while I was cooking bacon. I ended up with some chocolate smeared mess and a peanut butter banana mush... Don’t get me wrong we ate everything and it tasted fine but definitely not insta-worthy.

The good ol Home Depot! I use this for work so it’s an expensive one but if it’s just for the griddle I would go with a cheaper one.
