I made fists in dragon pose so I could stay on both sides of the forwarded leg. I feel more strecth in the hamstrings in half frog on my right side. In puppy pose I had my chin and chest on the ground. But in twisted roots I changed to knees stuck on each other I felt tension in the groins perhaps from dragonfly.... but it was a beautifull flow. Thx 😍🤩😍.
