Nice to meet you. This was my first session with you, very nice. I have advanced stage cirrhosis of the liver ( itwas passed at birth) and I'm waiting to get on the transplant list. So , because of this, I am currently on disability. I used to be an advanced yogi , before I got sick. So, my life is on hold. But , with all that I am able, I am still trying to hold on to my practice. I was able to do these poses with ease, and for that I am grateful. I will practice with you again. This is so interesting to me because you so rarely ever heard about babies being born with struggling livers and it’s so prevalent! Thank you Devi, this was beautiful and felt so good and recovering . I woke up with minor flu tired and sore throat, this sequence was a kind massage to the body. I have been fixated on my breathing for the past 2 days and at times feel a bit paranoid because I feel like I will suffocate. I have been having this feeling that all these times I was not breathing correctly. Anyways for some time I felt really good by doing this practice. Sound was on point and oh the butterfly was challenging in a good way. I realized I couldn't continue doing it longer. Thank you!
