    You are the easiest yoga channel to watch because you have such a calming energy and are so knowledgeable. I started yoga for mental health not realizing what an impact it would have on me. Thank you for your videos and your life changing content. Thank you for being a part of my journey

    Kassandra- You have changed my life! I've been suffering from Fibromyalgia for 30 years and had very little range of motion and lots of upper body aches. Practicing your classes almost daily since COVID started have truly changed how my body works! Thank you!

    I loved this flow for my sore shoulders. Really felt the stretch. Now I know this is an old video but the intense drums on the background was making me anxious than relax so I really put in the effort to just focus on the movements and your voice.

    Great stuff! Excellent pace, and nice variations on a couple of tried and true poses. I really appreciate these short (20-30 minute) sequences, as they help me start my day right without wrecking my schedule. Thank you!

    I really needed this! I carry so much tension in my neck and shoulders and this helped ease some of it! I liked the length of the video too, but maybe in the future you could make a similar one that’s 30-45 minutes?

      I was watching it with the volume so low I didn’t even realise there was music until savasana and even then I could only hear the beat and I didn’t even realise it was coming from the video 😂

    I LOVE the side stretch on the tummy with the arm in a T position! That really opened up one shoulder that was extremely tight through the trapezius from swimming. Such relief!!! I always appreciate new variations of traditional poses. Even as an experienced yoga practitioner, simple can reveal something new and helpful. Thank you, Kassandra! Namaste

    I suffer from TMJ, migraines and tension headaches on a regular basis. This is the best yoga sequence I have found that really relieves the building tension when I catch it, giving me some peace and comfort. Thank you so much for what you do. I really adore your videos. They are so nurturing for my body.

    Great class! I liked that it also did stretches for the entire body. The length was great too, under 30 minutes. Would love to see more 30 minute classes. And, i loved the chant of OM at the end! It really helps to centre, calm, ground, connect with Self/Source and solidify the practice. Thank you Kassandra for all the classes you've done and continue to do. Have a wonderful day. Namaste.

    I love doing yoga with Kassandra - she does have a calming personality as noted below and covers the whole body with her videos. She is informative and encouraging and doesn't breathe too quickly as a few other yoga instructors do!!!

    Probably the best of Kassandra's Neck & Shoulder focused routines.This one seemed to be long enough (vs. the other 5/10 minute versions she also provides) to really give you a thorough stretch while being short enough to easily fit into your morning routine. As someone dealing with a lot of neck and should tension and pain, this will likely become an every day, or at least every other day, practice.

    I love these 15 / 20 minute yoga classes. I usually do hi intensity workouts in the evenings so these sequences are great the next day. They target the kinks and aches and renews the energy to look forward to a new day. Thanks Kassandra

    if you have a stiff neck, doing this once everyday yields the fastest results!! this routine loosens my upper shoulders and neck better than anything else i’ve tried.

    Thanks Kassandra. I permanently have neck and shoulder tension as I’m always working on a keyboard. This practice for me is equivalent to several sessions of physiotherapy. I like the pace, the duration of this session which makes it feasible in the morning before starting the day of work. Incredible grateful to you to making these sessions accessible to all.
