    Your choice of background music is wonderful! I also like that you give just enough instruction, not more--some instructors seem to talk continuously through a class.

    By far the best yoga videos I have found. I have been following for a while and every time I try someone else I’m disappointed. This mainly has to do with the amount of talking vs not talking. Kassandra, you explain just enough but don’t show the need to time fill verbally . Thank you , thank you , thank you.

    Hey I just wanted to say: I have had tension headaches/migraines for a few years now, and I'm another person in your comments who has been helped more by following this video (like 2-3 times a week) than by more doctors and medicines than I feel like counting right now. I was able to drop a med that was giving me bad side effects and this video helped me get my doc's approval to do so. Thank you!!

    I appreciate your TH-cam channel. I work in a food cart, and I wondered if you would do a video of yoga for food service workers. We're on our feet 8+ hours per day, and are most often slightly bent at the waist. Also, our hands are constantly called upon to do repetitive motions such as chopping, scooping, flipping, and wrapping. Thank you! We are looking down at either a counter or grill must if the day.     ive been doing yoga since i was 23 and now Im 67. I learned new awarenesses in this class, how to position oneself and what to focus on in "thread the needle" , for example. Lovely phrasing like " breathe to where you feel it" created awareness of my mind inside and my mind on my skin. I intend to do this yoga with Kassandra again. I already repeated the neck sequences at the very beginning about 4 times before going on. Thanks Kassandra, from a recently created fan.

    I'm out of the country right now. Surrounded by a language I don't understand. I can't go to yoga classes for that reason.     Oh Kassandra....thank you so much!....I have been "intending" to restart yoga ever since my child was born 15 MONTHS ago....and finally today...turned on Apple TV, flipped to youtube to start gently, searched "Yin Yoga"....and found this amazing Gem (for the neck/shoulder/upper back) ...my 15 month old even tried to do a few poses...when she wasn't trying to feed me grapes...I have just subscribed and you were the FIRST yoga session I am retrying....realizing this body is nothing like it was when I used to do Bikram years ago...I know your videos will help me back toward mindfulness and fitness goals....Thank you SO much for being out there...greatly appreciated!

    I have recently relieved myself from years of tension headaches by doing Yoga, neck exercises and herbs. I found this yin yoga for the neck so beneficial and really enjoyed it along with your calm voice and soft background music.

    Thank you for this class. I have great appreciation for the way it is produced - your voice over the filming rather than coaching while posing. For me, this way is much less distracting allowing me to focus more on my alignment, breath and self rather than on what ad libs might come from the instructor. For me this is how I learn and practice best. I look forward to trying your other classes.

    I really like this Yoga Class - Thank you very much for posting. But for me it is more a deep stretching routine than a Yin Yoga practice. In Yin Yoga you stay in a single pose for a minimum of 3 minutes in order to get to the fasciae.

    First class with Kassandra. Loved it! I had rotator cuff surgery several years ago. I've been dealing with hand and neck pain recently. I'm always looking for ways to relieve the pain and deeply stretch my upper back, shoulders, neck. I'll be back!

    Thank you for your free class. It helped calm my depression and anxiety this evening. It would be great to have an extended version of this class where we have a bit longer in each pose (some pauses were not enough time for ten slow breaths) and more time for slow transitions between them (for those of us with injuries that make us extra stiff.)

    Hi Kassandra. You're very articulate.
    As a beginner online one tends to have to look back and forth at the screen a lot and it's an awkward distraction, a lot more so than when one goes to a class (because you can pick up the motions from the people around you).
    So my tip is to keep up that good work where you explain things in a way so that minimizes the online-students need to look back and forth at the screen.

    I followed this class because I had a stiff neck yesterday. The class was great for my neck, but it was unexpectedly really beneficial for pain I've been suffering in my elbow for a couple of months after some extensive snow shoveling. My elbow feels much better after this class. Thank you. I'll be repeating this video again.

    Thank you sooo much for this class. You have no idea the relief I’ve gotten. My neck and shoulders have been so tight lately..I blame being locked down and COVID, creating so much stress and tension in our lives and bodies.This class would benefit everyone in these times.
