I have been using this almost daily for over a year and have been remiss in not thanking you for such a perfectly wonderful tool. Deep bow of gratitude.
You're so welcome Kim!
you have the best bells. Long and clear.
Glad you like the bells!
lovely and simple. I have been getting back to Zen practice after decades away and this is one f the beast ways to time zazen that I have found. I am about to sit now! good morning.
Wonderful! Glad this works for you Judith!

I've been bumping up my meditation time by 5 minutes every week. This is a great transitional meditation video.
Excellent, glad to hear this is helping you sit longer!
I've been doing the same thing!
Nammo Buddhaya. 🕉️Namaste ✌🏻Peace🙏🏻thank you
Vielen lieben Dank für diese angenehme Meditationsbegleitung. Thx a lot.🙏
Thank you 🙏❤🧘♀️
I found it a bit weird that there is nothing inbetween the 10 and the 25 minute videos, as it seemed a bit scary, but today I mustered my courage and I sat down for 25 and I 'm still alive!
Glad you're still alive!! Yes, you are right, I should make a few in-between timers as well!
Way to stick with it. It isn't easy at first, but over time sitting and stopping starts to feel like the most natural thing in the world.
Exactly need a 15 and 20 minutes one 😁
@@Road2 I second the bid for more in between lengths.. I tried 25 minutes after doing 10 minutes daily for a few weeks, and it was a marathon! Can you make a timer video of 15 minutes? Thanks!
This is a great video and the script is perfectly done and interpreted, thank you
Exactly what I needed, thank you!!
thank you for this moment,, its a great practice!
Glad you liked it, yes, great practice!
The perfect timer I am looking for,
thanks.

Thank you, feeling in a Zendō but home

I really appreciate this. It will be helpful for when I sit. *bows*
You're welcome Trip! /\
This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.
Great! If you want to get more, or different meditation timers, just let me know. I started a separate meditation music/timers channel, Meditation Music Freedom, I'll link to it in the description.
Really lovely; thanks a lot!
Glad you like it Paul!
húc kênh thầy càng phát triển hơn nha
I want to get into this. What do you think of when you’re listening? Thanks
I practice non-thinking, which doesn't mean banishing all thought, just letting thoughts go in the same way we let clouds go. Not clinging to them..
Believe me, I got the record using this.
The record? Sorry not understanding what you meant :-)
Merci.
Dommage qu il n y a qu un seuil gong. J 'aurais bien aimé en avoir 3.
Maybe at some point I'll make some with 3 gongs.
Please make one 15 Minutes and one 20 Minutes Zen Meditation Timer.
I'll put it on my list of things to add. Thanks!
Hi there, what gong do you use and where can you get one?
Hi we use a Japanese Zen bowl like for example this one. www.ebay.com/itm/like/182701558478?chn=ps&dispItem=1 You can go with something bigger depending on your budget. This one is a bit bigger. www.ebay.com/itm/Japanese-Buddhist-Singing-Bowl-Bell-Set-7-75-Gong-Rin-Butsudan-Meditation-Zen-/152509695611
Where did you find that bell?
Hi Anthony, it's a Japanese temple bowl. You can find them on Samadhi Cushions if you want one.
Who the fuck monetizes a meditation video
Sucks. Crooked shot and bad composition
Try closing your eyes when meditating.
@@Road2 in Zen e are supposed to have our eyes open but unfocused. I find the graphics lovely but then Suzuki roshi said that he always picked the most crooked cucumber in the bin because it needed love and regard too. There is always the possibility of putting the computer or whatever device out of the ine of vision and just using the bells as time keepers, of course.
