    I have been using this almost daily for over a year and have been remiss in not thanking you for such a perfectly wonderful tool. Deep bow of gratitude.

    I found it a bit weird that there is nothing inbetween the 10 and the 25 minute videos, as it seemed a bit scary, but today I mustered my courage and I sat down for 25 and I 'm still alive!

      Glad you're still alive!! Yes, you are right, I should make a few in-between timers as well!

      Way to stick with it. It isn't easy at first, but over time sitting and stopping starts to feel like the most natural thing in the world.

      @@Road2 I second the bid for more in between lengths.. I tried 25 minutes after doing 10 minutes daily for a few weeks, and it was a marathon! Can you make a timer video of 15 minutes? Thanks!

    I've been bumping up my meditation time by 5 minutes every week. This is a great transitional meditation video.

    I want to get into this. What do you think of when you’re listening? Thanks

    • @Road2
      @Road2  6 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      I practice non-thinking, which doesn't mean banishing all thought, just letting thoughts go in the same way we let clouds go. Not clinging to them..

    • @Road2
      @Road2  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi we use a Japanese Zen bowl like for example this one. www.ebay.com/itm/like/182701558478?chn=ps&dispItem=1 You can go with something bigger depending on your budget. This one is a bit bigger. www.ebay.com/itm/Japanese-Buddhist-Singing-Bowl-Bell-Set-7-75-Gong-Rin-Butsudan-Meditation-Zen-/152509695611

      @@Road2 in Zen e are supposed to have our eyes open but unfocused. I find the graphics lovely but then Suzuki roshi said that he always picked the most crooked cucumber in the bin because it needed love and regard too. There is always the possibility of putting the computer or whatever device out of the ine of vision and just using the bells as time keepers, of course.
