Dear Mr Bainbridge, If you used a Delfino plough with the ungulating pits, but didn't plant any seeds, would the area still self-regenerate itself? And would doughnuting in an area work? where you plough these pits then plant seeds in them and trees but leave some areas in the middle unseeded, would seeds blow from the planted areas and the trees into the bare areas?

It could be up around the Middle Willows area up Coyote Canyon near Borrego Springs or the Mortero Palms area if I had to guess.

When I was around 8, I walked into one of these that had an extremely fast rotation that was fairly wide. I can remember the air being pulled out of my lungs as I got pelted with dirt. Must create low pressure in the center or what not.

These stretches are magic! I triggered an old RSI injury by pushing myself to finish a task on my laptop and my hand, arm, shoulder and upper back seized up. It was so horrible it was a struggle to get out of bed. I couldn't even turn while sitting. The pain was so bad it was making me nauseous. I tried painkillers, yoga, massage pen... nothing worked. I got up in the middle of the night and tried these stretches. I was able to get to sleep and in the morning I was able to roll out of bed. I did the stretches on and off all day and I can feel the mobility coming back. Thank you! I got my life back!

I have been suffering carpel and cupital tunnel for over 2 yrs, i wear full splits on both arms/hands and thumbs at rest! I have very puffy hands especially in the mornings, I can’t really use my hands for about an hour after I get up, I have been doing these before bed for 5 days and it’s already made a huge improvement, swelling has reduced, also stiffness and lack of feeling and tingling in the mornings have improved greatly! I live in brisbane Australia its very hit here in summer, any tips on keeping the water from going stagnant? I use a bucket with cotton wicking coming through the pot with dirt into the bucket of water
