The owner of this apartment has a sweet taste and it's quite a classy one. The building looks "not-too-big" from the outside but inside the apartment paints a perfect home with a well utilized space.
Wow, how did you find this place Bayo? This is amazing for this price O. This is the best Airbnb I have seen so far for price and space.
Me I have a family of 4 this is so cost-effective for us when we visit Nigeria.
This is cheaper than Hotels sef, in terms of cost per night for one person and you can cook and drink clean water from the dispenser and also store in the fridge.
This is lovely. The owner of this place has done a good job for a very large house. This isn't an apartment, by the way, this is a large house. For those that know, it is very hard to keep a large house clean, you know that this person has done a great job keeping it clean tidy and stocked up.
The stain as you mentioned is normal with washed items when done in the washing machine with multicoloured items, I won't worry too much. The light is nothing, I just chose my white one.
As for me, I can't fault this place frankly. I know how hard and expensive it is to run a large house, keep the lights on, keep water flowing in Africa as a whole. This is a really good place. I worked in the tourism industry in East Africa, I know what I am talking about. I too like Bayo would recommend this place to anybody.

What an amazing review of the bnb! I will definitely be booking to stay here when I'm ready to visit Lagos. It tick all the boxes for me except for the disco lights and water. The price is reasonable for me and location is perfect!
What a beautiful Air BnB. I love the Estate 🏡 layout. The owner of this estate owns Atica Beach 🏖.These area is okun ajah popularly called Miami of Lagos due to the number of beautiful beaches and resorts in that area.A lovely family friendly community with access to Nature (Beaches)such as Atica beache,Avista beach,lekki Miami Beach and Of course the big one Whitedeck Resort. I am definitely staying in this area when I go home for Easter.

This is a very beautiful apartment.
This is a nice Air bnb. The space the well thought out layout, the close by beach, The filtered drinking water, security house in the estate.
I will take this over smaller Lekki phase 1 or Ikoyi ones, for this price.
The lights are isn’t much of an issue for me because I can just select my preferred lighting.
As for internet at least this place has WiFi, that’s good enough for me, because I have stayed in some places in phase 1 and they didn’t have at all. I am staying here for sure in November. Thanks for sharing the link.

For the price, it looks like a very adequate and functional lodging. Prefer this over any hotel.
Have stayed at a hotel in Igando so that I could have A/C to keep me cool while keeping lodging price budget friendly..but this place is more idea

It is really quiet there, I live in the first building.
The owner obviously did a fantastic job in furnishing this property, that said, if you have to provide all that and only charge 115 dollars per month, the profit is at best marginal …

I think you should include information about the proximity of the place to restaurants, movies, nightlife, groceries, transportation , the airport, tourist attractions, just things you can do for fun in that location and things of that nature in your reviews. I like your presentation skills though.

This happens at every AirBB. The internet is never great in the rooms. The extender idea is good. I always have to take the wifi thing you my room or next to the door.
This was great for me . Because I am going to start a B&B hopefully next year . So this was very useful for me 😊

But can I say the stairs is not really kid friendly. The rails are a bit to wide spaced and tiny kids like can slip through them..

The owner of the apartment has done well. The minus noted have to take into considerations the operating environment and things beyond the owners control. Such things like Internet speed, water, light and others. Bayo and viewers should take into consideration these factors in comparison to what is obtainable in advanced economies.

Bayo , I live in Atlanta Ga, I do have a property in this estate atican beachview Estate, the estate water is really bad and no electricity the power comes one in a week. The builder of this properties did a poor job.

Lmao please please please, I think this house definitely needs renovation or transformation . First of all the those black and white tiles 😂😂 (makes the house look small & dark) and could have been plain white tiles, the red cabinets in the kitchen 🤦🏽♀️ please no it’s tooooo much, the Kitchen is small and the island in the middle is not needed. Finally, the disco lights is not needed, it could have been plain white lights in all rooms and lounge.
It’s quiet disappointing coming from a person who lives overseas.
I have been looking for Airbnbs to stay in during vacation to Nigeria and honestly, I’m not impressed with this.
Just not your cup of tea . some people love all that stuff! :)
They should power wash the floor the sight of mold....ugh.
