This is rubbish for 120 mil. The kitchen doesn’t have a refrigerator.. how is it gonna fit 2 cars? The primary bedroom too small.. Nigeria is the only country where they advertise unfinished homes for sale.

No space for greenery, no kids playground, too chok-full, windows too small(poor ventilation), bathrooms too tight and choky,Wash basin wrongly positioned in the bathrooms .etc..

Apart from that issue, I have to accept the properties do look attractive and present well. Another issue with being overlooked by your neighbours but I suppose they can be screened off.
