Bayo you need to have a website that shows the sketch and site plan so people can visualize. Also need an FAQ section so folks can get their questions answered somewhere static. I hope you are working with a lawyer and a finance/accounting team to make sure your numbers are realistic. Investors can become very difficult if you dont show quarterly numbers

I love all of the bathrooms. Also, depending on the decor of my bedroom. I am skeptical of having to click on so many switches and leaving them on. Why? Because if the indicator orange glare blows out and electricity is still flowing through currency, what happens if you come home one day without any notice of a click burnt out for months and turn on the gas, will there be a BOOM?💥 OTHERWISE, rerouting to one switch, I don't want central AC running like I do now, unnecessary. It will be too cold and expensive for all of that heat. I suggest that you apply notices in appropriate rooms for safety. There should be carbon/fire detection installed. Could small paddle fans be hung in the bathrooms and kitchen? If requested. Fans in every room, actually??? I guess it depends on the buyer, too.
