Nice 1 bro !!! It's so beautiful. And IT'S NOT WOOD!!!! $500K for something similar out there and it's still made of wood. Can't process it out of my mind, yo!
How’s the water in that location honestly I’m so concerned about water bcus that’s one of my main reasons from not finding Ago palace interesting is water problem
Nice homes and very well priced. Great to see developers using greenry to beautify the homes. It's unfortunate that they had the caution on the property. Is there a reason you call houses/duplexes apartments? I know Nigeria has apartments but I've watched a couple of Nigerian real estate videos and the presenter calls houses/duplexes apartments.
Because they use words anyhow, that’s why… A longer explanation is, we call it duplex when is a “2 story building” (down stairs and up stairs) that’s a duplex, I know is a house, but that’s how this youtubers be calling it, but we use the word “apartament” anyhow
decent, but the finishes on these homes are just abysmal, look at the paint finishes, they just bleed everywhere especially in the BQ in the beginning, why there is a whole cinq in the sitting room, i am yet to understand. other than the finishing i'm seeing, this is a wonderful space and size for the cost
@@thatoneguywholovesthena-4529 lol. I get it. I think at this point. I just tell people to expect to finish off a property that buy in Nigeria themselves. What's interesting is that a lot of people are okay with this:)
Not bad but so scared of flooding around there, just for holidays..don’t mind getting one but can you get me one duplex or apartment in ikeja area pls, being trying to call your line for two days in a row..need to make an enquiry before taking one for holidays

They have to do better with kitchen design you have to be a giant to use the cabinets and a kitchen is not where you put washer n dryer it should go in a hallway upstairs beside the bedrooms
Please slow down and explain some of the terms that you use. Those terms are unique to Nigeria. What is a bore hole? What is a BQ? Some of us live in California and watch your content and you lose us quickly.
Great comment and I think I can assist with this. A borehole is basically a drilling system which offers the house a self-reliant source of water. Such infrastructure in western countries are done centrally but needs to be factored into the construction of any new development. A BQ is an acronym for “Boys Quarters” are annexes or dedicated spaces in the property usually for household staff to live. Historically, the name was coined in African homes to represent when a son of the home owner moves out of the main property into the side home but modern day Nigerians set up these spaces outside their homes for the kitchen staff or security guard etc. Hope this helps. By the way, I am a real estate attorney
@@duntane3573 Thank you for the explanation. I appreciate it. A BQ (Boy Quarter) would be equivalent to ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) in California. Some call it "In-laws Quarters" But the official name is ADU.
@concernedparent6291 Too Small For In-law Quarter. Too Tight. Our In-Law Are Staying With Us In The Main House Here In Illinois USA. We Also Have A Full Finished Basement With 2 Bedrooms And Full Bath And Kitchenette That Is 1,000 Sq.ft That They Can Stay If They Want Privacy.
Nigerian developers have the worst finishing, yet they want to charge an arm and a leg. What's wrong with having a fantastic finish? The laborers in Nigeria are the worst. You get better workers in Ghana and the Republic of Benin.
If people pay fair wages then they can get good workmanship. The culture is to price and price and seek low fees but want a high standard of work. Like paying Kia price and expecting Benz quality. That is one of the issues in Nigeria.
Every time I watch your videos, I feel motivated to take on the world!

How much did you pay the builder?
a small apartment in Manhattan (made if wood) would cost millions --do you why -because it is Manhattan. Think carefully before making comments.

The finishings... I just cant. Beautiful place tho

Would have to get rid of the door to the kitchen and the sink would have to move to where it's accessible
Only thing i love about this house is the living room and the master room

How with the BQ take a bed? Nigerian developers need to do better
To avoid that distracting gen sound, maybe you should do voice over without the sound.
