    I wasn't going to comment because im feeling so ashamed right now but ive slipped up AGAIN smh. Its that time of the month and i always crave carbs. I wish i knew how to not crave during that time because i feel it derails me 😢 😭.
    But just gonna get back up again and keep going.

      Oh girl I know exactly how you feel. I crave carbs around my period too! Especially the first few days. Don’t beat yourself up! You just make up for it the next day. Or you could even add an extra day to the end of the challenge to get a second chance 😉

    I cheated a tiny bit today and had taco salad with steak, no beans. All low/no carb ingredients but I did have a bite of the tortilla bowl, and one bite of a cookie when I got home. Neither satisfied me! Back to enjoying carnivore! The simplicity is working so well for me. I’m personally just doing beef, butter, bacon, and some cream in my coffee. Eggs and cheese make my stomach a little upset. Also cut out soda, not as a challenge, but like I just stopped craving it. It’s been so crazy how my cravings just stopped. Proud of you for killing it these past two weeks! Let’s keep going 💪

      You’re doing an amazing job. It’s hard not to give in at least a little sometimes. Especially when we can’t control our environment and the choices of those around us.
      10 more days left to go for me! What about you?

    Glad you can tell us what’s going on daily, we are human and your doing amazing, I had a bad day yesterday, I had some popcorn just a handful but feel in pain now 😢

      Isn’t it crazy how quickly your body responds? I’m super sensitive to lots of things now that I used to consume by the ton!
      Our bodies just don’t want to take any crap anymore 😅

    Your chicken soup looks amazing! I had a good day yesterday, and I’m feeling pretty good about today, as well. Now a few days ago, I fell face first into a bag of chocolate chips. I don’t think you should beat yourself up for a relatively small transgression!

      I agree.. I beat myself up for the rest of that day and then I got right back in the horse day 16. Feeling great. Ready to kill these next 10 days !!

    I can totally relate to how you’re feeling! I think we’re always harder on ourselves.
    I’m trying to stick more with BBB&E after eating a lot of chicken and pork lately. My favorite thing everrrrrr on carnivore though is chicken soup! I make a family pack of thighs or legs and use the drippings as my base..then add meat, water, salt and cream cheese 😋
    I made beef bread yesterday but it’s a little weird lol

    Good reflections on the day! Thank you for your honesty. I went very high fat today. Had 2 fatty matcha in the morning, 2T of butter in each. Lunch was 5 hard boiled eggs. Dinner was beef fat trimmings, beef chuck, an avocado. And butter! This was probably one of the very few times when, after dinner, I did not want any more food. I want to experiment with higher fat, but I think then that I have to cut back some on protein.

      Thanks so much! Your comment actually reminded that I want to experiment with higher fat as well and I’ve been doing the same with my coffee.. 2+ tbsp of butter.
      Why do you think you have to lower your protein? Do you have certain macros you want to hit?
      Mm.. maybe the higher fat lead you to satiety faster!
