It's been 4 days of doing this workout twice everyday and I can feel my core feels really tight it aches even in sneezing.. thank you sir for this hard core abs session ❤🙏

Apart from mountain climbers (just my opinion of course), I find every one of the ab videos you post insanely effective for such short workouts. Perfect way to get it into any daily routine 👍 thank you!

I loved watching the snow in the window behind…it was so soothing and nice to focus on instead of the burn going on inside my abs! I kinda failed at the starfish crunches, something for me to work on for sure. This was a great solid ab workout, one I will return to again, thanks!

Did you know that Jesus loves you and he died for you so that you might be saved and be in heaven. God sent Jesus to die for us because he did not want us to die. If it was not for Jesus we would have no hope to go into heaven but we have hope through Him. People will be in Hell but it won't be Gods fault. Your sins deserve to be punished severely but when you try to be right with God by your Good works THAT DOSE NOT mean that God dosent have to punish your sins that you did in the past but that's why Jesus died for us because He suffered what you deserved it says that Jesus became our sin and Gods wrath was on he's son so we don't have to experience God's wrath He became our sin so that we would become He's righteousness but it's our part to trust in Jesus and not our works and it's our part to receive He's righteous that He offers FREELY as a gift and it's our part to choose God and it's our part to make Jesus our lord and savior .
