She did an amazing job and remained consistent on her journey of losing weight and getting healthier. I commend her for that and her persistence definitely paid off.
I love she did this at home; no expensive gym memberships or programs. I’m glad they showed the time it took her almost 4 yrs; that weight loss is not an overnight fix. Finally they discussed the emotional mindset that needs to change in order to be successful and maintain weight loss.
I seen this as I just hopped on TH-cam. I too am on a health journey so I thought I would check it out literally I am in tears this lady’s journey is so inspirational and her being inspired by the other lady is even more beautiful. The wellness of us together and how we can inspire just one person to see something in themselves and know they aren’t alone is motivating and inspiring to continue this journey ❤
Such an inspiring journey! Her commitment to wellness and the life-changing transformation is truly motivating. Loved how she shared her story with such honesty and vulnerability. It’s a powerful reminder that small, consistent changes really add up.
Congratulations. Yes, it can be done. Thanks for sharing. I did long go when I moved to Seattle and California. I changed from running to yoga and walking.
Amazing Ladies! In this world to be able to discover and learn that we do not need validation from anyone is extremely empowering. This Is HARD work and needs consistency. Thank you for sharing your journey and being venerable and real. :)
Oh my gosh I can’t stop crying I need a Kirsten in my life but most importantly I need to watch Jennifer I need to copy Jennifer I just love everything she’s doing
When I first saw the thumbnail I thought. "P!ease don't tell me she did one of the weight loss injections " and lo and behold she did. I understand some people may need them for different mediica conditions, but I fear depending on them for weight loss isn't going to have good outcomes down the road. Many people area already seeing a rise in certain cancers as well as digestive organ issues with these injections. Permanent weight loss and good health will always be about hard work and what we put in our bodies as well as stress management.
She’s been doing such an amazing job on her health journey! I wonder if she used the medication (Mounjaro 1:48) mostly to get through a plateau or if it’s something she still needs to maintain her progress. Either way, it’s really impressive how committed she’s been to taking care of herself!
Always be very cautious of your knees, tendons and wear superfootwear to keep things smooth. A coach in the beginning might help monitor efforts. Swimming is great at the beginning and walking thru water, ' cause it's soft on the body but effective on the scales! There's DDPYoga seems very effectivexand allows for some spicey change. Enjoy walking to health.
She quit losing weight because she kept doing the same thing over and over again. She needed to cross train and find other ways to mix up her training. After awhile your body gets use to the exercise.
Because not taking the medication, which is indicated for diabetes, would have cured her diabetes. Gotcha. You don’t know her entire medical history or other reasons why she took the medication. The only thing you should be bummed about is you being so judgmental about something that helped another person improve their life.
@josjo188 my thoughts exactly this is the problem with the world today sadly people see a small portion of something and run to judge be negative have a opinion and they really know nothing the easy way out honey loosing that much weight I don't care what she took never easy to be that disciplined with diet and exercise no pill or surgery will get those results
@@ymartinez5612 ozempic and Mounjaro (which the woman in this story took ) are indicated for type 2 diabetes and it helps control their glucose levels. Weight loss is a side effect of that…just like many other diabetic medications that do the same thing. Your research needs some inspiration.
oh I feel sorry for you let me tell you now no pill no injection will get you those results she got 186lbs lost no no the discipline with her exercise is phenomenal she earned that the injections were a little boost that's a significant weightloss many people can't loose 50lbs
Good for her ! Sadly America collectively is 47% obese ! It’s our #1 health problem. I wish we’d stop making obesity normal. So this is good that this news program put her hard work results on here ! Good for her !
Wow we shouldn't be celebrating someone who took medication to lose weight .like mounjario. It can be done without pills. This is advertising for the meds.
Most people give up she did not, I don't know how people get to that in the first place, if I gain two three pounds I put the brakes on and of course exercise
As soon as she said she needed that poison to lose the weight … it list me. Also shocked she’s inspired by Kirsten Ferguson. She is THE most annoying, least inspiring instructor.
My thoughts exactly! It’s still great that she’s lost weight and is healthier but she shouldn’t be used as an inspiration to loose weight, especially since most women feeling the pains of trying to loose weight, can’t or don’t want to use medications.
@@bikingbuggy4199 Medications don’t even work for everyone. I didn’t lose weight on ozempic and then I GAINED 6 lbs on Rybelsus. However, when I eat more I lose weight.
Well she did an awesome job but I object taking Munjaro drug because people always hit a plateau and thats not a reason to resort to a drug. I find she is almost too slim now looking at her arms and face. Women need mire self esteem then they won't need validation from anybody else it would come from inside them.
Did you not hear her say she is also working on the on positivity and mindset? You come on here as a woman and talk about needing self esteem and then speaking negatively. Do better and support women as opposed to knocking them down.
I don’t like that she took a medication to lose weight and also did she get skin removal? If so, it’s fine but she should mention it so ppl don’t get unrealistic expectations
Not fair! She used a drug to help her lose the weight. Not all of it most significant weight. Show me something who is not taking an ozwmpic like weight loss drug!

She doesn’t seem to have excess skin, I wonder if she had surgery for that. Awesome work and SO inspiring!
I agree with you. If that's the case, this information should be mentioned.
Not everyone has excess skin. I lost 130 pounds and don’t have it, even though I was not athletic at all. Just luck I guess

She had already lost 100 lbs before using it and is a marathon runner!
Yeah I thought it was a natural weight loss which she did for 100 lbs. Then I heard the word Mounjaro. Similar drug to Ozempic.
While I agree that the weight loss is amazing, I wish I could see how someone beats the plateau with a diet tweak or change in exercise or even sleep
And I’m freaking out about weighing 158. I need to be around 125 to be in a healthy range for my height and bone structure.
Make a small step and move toward your goal. ❤️🌷

Did the walking also tighten her body excess skin from weight loss? Or was it surgical removed?
That would be nice to know
No amount of walking will tighten excess skin.
@ashton8878 I gained 65lbs with my daughter, lost 70, did aerobics and walked and had a tight stomach again AND I had a c-sec. It can happen.
Excellent

She quit losing weight because she kept doing the same thing over and over again. She needed to cross train and find other ways to mix up her training. After awhile your body gets use to the exercise.
If her exercise remained the same, she needed to eat less. Your body needs less calories as you lose weight.
