She says she does Pilates and yoga, which are truly fountains of youth. They can be your only workout or form a foundation for other exercise you do. Plastic surgery is a whole other, separate subject that only affects one’s appearance superficially. Like the face… you can tell she does yoga and Pilates because of her recent performances where she’s skipping and running on stage, laughing and singing. Tons of energy and core/diaphragm strength.
Kelly couldn’t be any more humble. Neither could Cher to be honest. And I don’t even think that Kelly plays it down that she doesn’t get what an icon she is to other singers herself. It took three calls because he thought it was a wind up and kept putting the phone down til she went:“Nooo! Wait, I really am Cher!” Anyway, they did Strong Enough and several other tracks together and by all reports she was the warmest, funniest, coolest most down to earth person he ever worked with. She is simply awesome.

What I loved in her book was that no matter what happened with Sonny, he was her rock, he came no matter when she called, she could be with someone else, pregnant with another's baby, in hospital, having a bad day and he was there. Her eulogy showed somewhat how gutted they all were. It as a complicated relationship.
