Great video. I use, them on the tidal yare and bure. I find it better to use, flat float when you want to hold, back hard, say run through overdepth at half speed or less or hold, it static. Getting the overshotting is key. As you say changes with the flow. Bait dropper it good way for accuracy of feeding with them. Or a pole feeder method.
A very interesting video but the resolution of the film looked like it was filmed in the 1990s. It contrasted well with the GURU film (far better resolution) where big fish were targeted.
