      @I I managed to get from level 4.5 to level 7.1 in 4 weeks of hardcore training.
      I failed my first attempt with a score of 4.9 and in my second attempt 4 weeks later passed. It’s a lot of hard work but really focus on INTERVAL TRAINING. It was a life saver

    Could I do this in my garden its only around 12 meters long so could I do it as 10 meters and then do two shuttles between each Beep?

      JamZ gaming No, because it takes more time when you have to turn. Just speed it up to double speed, and divide your result to get your actual result.

    Hold on I recently joined the army and I had to pass a physical test and did 36 ( I didn’t hear what my recruiter told me) shuttles and he told me that was the minimum and had to redo it again I’m trying to increase my stamina and strength really fast

    before you run or jog for a long period of time or short (high intensity) do abs exercises. It wouldn't make your stomach hurt and help you go longer (my experience ) note: for those who aren't fit.

    Hello there, have you considered Eprosoke Training Program yet? Just do a search engine search. On there you'll find a great suggestions about how exactly you can increase your soccer technique. Why not give it a shot? perhaps it is going to work for you too.

    I really need some of you guys's tips. I'm 13 , 33 kgs, I'm really skinny and weak ( weakest in my class ) the reason being is that I had this thing my entire life and it finally recovered and I'm afraid that now that I'm about to go to high school, I would never pass the gym class and/or make any friends and be called out and stuff plz help.. my parents just never want to take me to the doctors or anything I only have like 4 months to become an average fit person

    Excellent content Dylan. Even after many years of playing I still HATE fitness. But as soon as I changed my mindset and focused on the benefits that come as a result, instead of worrying about the pain during; fitness has become something I look forward to. I must say you have a great understanding of what it takes to become an elite level athlete.

    yup im scared of the beep test. i failed the first few times and my mental fitness is failing me due to that. thanks for the advise. i will do the beep test 1-2 times a week bcos i hv to to improve my cardiovascular.

      That's the reason u feel that u lack stamina, actually u whenever I play Mids I think of always making/maintaining my self composure so that I can support 1st-Defence then 2nd-Attack ; Always remember to take good deep breaths and relax and just keep little body movements like jogging to keep urself warmed up for action

    Thanks for sharing this! I tried it today for the first time . I felt like I still had a lot left in the tank but I know wasn't fast enough to keep up with the beeps. You're high intensity interval training videos have helped me tremendously

    When I first did the beep test with barely any stamina I got 3.3 then the next time it came around (with a lot of training) I got 5.0 and a few weeks ago we did a practice one, I got 5.2 and I have it tomorrow let’s see what I get (I will update this) my goal for tomorrow is 8.0 to 8.1
    Edit: I did it I got 5.6 the took a second to breathe, then went back in and got 7.6 (they took the higher one)

    I usually can dribble past players who r less stronger than me but wen it comes to bigger and stronger players i lose the ball should i improve my strength and r push ups good

      Brown Messi core strength is more important than most people think, work on ur core, as well as arms and chest, but not too much to the point that it affects ur speed. Work on abdominals a lot.

      ScopePsyco you should just go out to the park and train by yourself. also, like me, play soccer after school, but it depends on your level. you can also train with friends or family. buy some cones or maybe a rebounder for your touch. juggling helps too. good luck!!

      ScopePsyco start by jogging and play games put don't go all out just receive and pass and as time goes on start running with the ball. but also remember keep yourself moving but not to the point where you are over training

    14-16 12.7 is excellent, 8.9 is average wtf how is 8.9 average, below 6.6 is poor bruh most people die at 3 or 4 lol
    Btw its probably because we at school put 100 meters apart and not 20 meters

    Hey Dylan some of my favorite conditioning drills I do are 100 yard sprints in 16 secs. or less (cake for the first sprints not so easy in the double digits) the remaining of a min. is your break. My second favorite are 40 40's (100yards turn 100 yards in 40 seconds with 40 seconds break) give them a try! My personal best is 21 100's and 20-21 40 40's

    I have the test in two days (for work) the past two times Ive had to complete the test I had no anxiety at all, this time round I’ve had a severe mental block towards it. I’ve been doing it a few times every night and still having the worst block. Just got my fingers crossed I can overcome it before the test

    Great tips honestly. There is also an e book called Mastering the 20m beep test which helped me significantly. There is a 7 week workout plan to help you prepare for the beep test. I've recommended 'Mastering the 20m Beep Test' to all my friends who are prepping for fitness assessments. From level 8.5 to level 10.8 took me 3 weeks... The workout plan is tough but effective-I've never felt more prepared!

    Best I have got is 13.7 when I was 12 but from there I have went downhill. Nowadays I only get like 6.1, and I am pushing myself to make a transformation to get to at least 10 by the end of the year. I am going to do cardio every day and on my rest day do the beep test.     I reached level 5.1 at the real test, 3 laps away from passing. I get to retake it in a month. I am training and I can only reach level 2.8, I guess I always stop because I am not in the right kind of mindset and I just need to convince myself that I am doing the real test so I can push myself to the max.       I got a 4.8 and need a 5.4. Had the past 6 weeks in the gym and stopped smoking and my head gives up now at lever 3. 5. There's no motivation alone, I'm the same with the mindset. Got my resit on Wednesday.

    Thanks a bunch for you video! I've been training for a Cooper test for the past 10 months (+ hitting the gym 4x/week), but it turned out the test was changed to Léger (beep test). I tried last week and my performance was miserable, haha. It was so naive of me to think that Léger was easier than Cooper... :( Well, I'm glad I found your vid. Loved your tips!
