    Luke always a value adder to life :)
    1) Chew your food, digestion happens in your mouth
    2) After you have eaten, avoid eating for 90-120 minutes, so that MMC can clean out the waste.
    3) Try eating before 8pm and eat after 7am
    4) Eat consciously, because that is the time when your digestive system is more active.

    He nailed it about fasting. I have been doing intermittent fasting as it suited my body and the results became evident gradually.

    The eating with guilt was me this morning. I ate a slice of cake this morning and my body started to have pains because I was thinking about me increasing my triglycerides 😢😅

    I had a brain stoke that effect my nervous system lost my taste speech slurring can't walk alone or stand for more than 5 min ...any remedy for me drs messed me up here in jhb south africa

    Iam gynaecologist.have 6 nt duties minimum per month
    I dont sleep entire 24 hrs from 9am to 9am
    Iam eating like anything after 11pm on duty nt to make me awake all nt tea..coffee...biscuits..sandwitches
    Gaining wt.
    Any plans for me please....

    He says exactly what every Ayurvedic practitioner has been saying for centuries. But of course, crediting them means accepting everything they rejected and making a fool of themselves, so they will not.

      Lol where it is written in ayurveda hahahaha whatever he is saying based on the research being published every year on fasting , not based on ayurveda which as far as I know have not much to cure except a few diseases

      @@mrholmes2855 it's written everywhere in Ayurveda, kid. Go read the Sushruta Samhita and Charaka Samhita if you have the patience and perseverance to know. I don't underestimate science, but what I am saying is modern science and research is validating what ayurveda said all along, stealing information from it to progress in their research, but without crediting it. Don't talk in public without knowledge and look stupid.

      @@mrholmes2855 Ayurveda is 90% preventive healthcare through lifestyle and diet, it is only 10% herbal treatment. It is not a cure for all modern diseases like modern medicine. The modern diseases which are created by wrong lifestyle. Modern medicine is amazing no doubt, but ayurveda is a method to prevent all disease from occuring in the first place. It is not a businessman's science.

      This man in the beginning mentioned people reversing a lot of diseases that were thought to be permanent, Ayurveda is so vast, but people have a misconception about it due to lack of knowledge. Nutrition/food is supposed to be the medicine for the body.
