Couldn't agree more. I've often thought that Luke's videos should be shown in schools but as he himself has often said 'there's no money to be made in being healthy, only in being chronically sick. Sadly true. I listen to one of his videos every morning as I do my yoga as he is so inspiring and has changed my life 100%. Love his straight talking too!

As Muslim we are following this intermittent fasting once in a year for 30 days. During these days our body heal itself. My grandmother is 70 years old but she also follow this fasting for 1 month. Thank you very much to give such great information about this.

Hey everyone. I suffered from a sevier PANIC ATTACK and then i was surrounded by anxiety and panic attacks My psychotherapist introduced me to meditation/relaxation and now 2 months after the incident i won over my anxiety I have seen people suffer from panic attacks recovering in 5-6 years what made me better was propper meditation i do shavasan for 40 -60 minutes daily and play meditation music (indian classical) I remember the day i was walking in delhi streets at 3am and i felt. Like I'll die now and here when i was alone And now I can't thank meditation enough it has changed my life I am having goosebumps writing this comment I hope I'll influence people reading this who have suffered from PANIC ATTACKS (you know it's the worst plase and the best lesson of your life ) you can reply to this comment if you need any help i am genuinely willing to share my best and worst experiences

Eating after sunset is not best for the health
Having very heavy food after sunset is not good for health. Intermittent fasting should be followed by simple food and early meal.
Roza could have been beneficial if you could drink water during fasting.

I m doing IF completed one week 16:8hrs. It's really nice automatically the craving reduces ,food intake reduce . Even in 8hrs of eating you not keen in eating much 😊It's really recommended.
Hey everyone. I suffered from a sevier PANIC ATTACK and then i was surrounded by anxiety and panic attacks
My psychotherapist introduced me to meditation/relaxation and now 2 months after the incident i won over my anxiety
I have seen people suffer from panic attacks recovering in 5-6 years what made me better was propper meditation i do shavasan for 40 -60 minutes daily and play meditation music (indian classical)
I remember the day i was walking in delhi streets at 3am and i felt. Like I'll die now and here when i was alone
And now I can't thank meditation enough it has changed my life
