Where are you guys located?
I wonder who previously installed those parts, and I'm glad that the motor didn't break because of that.
Go figured. We are glad that we caught it before it failed
Lucky it wasn’t a Miata. Something like that would have destroyed the crankshaft.
Thats a woodruff key. The slot it fits into is the keyway.
Wow you're a genius.
Ooooaaaggghhh that sound at the end of the engine and the little pulls...Beautiful B18c i love u🎶❤🎶
Cheers!!
The yellow integra is a very clean car, who ever owns this yellow car please keep it clean like this, everywhere and inside out even the engine oil is very clean, keep maintaining it like this, congratulations to that customer
Couldn't agree more!
Watching this with my AHC hoodie on. I love this channel. It gives me inspiration with my EKs.
That hoodie is so comfy

Always love the channel. Keeping it real and educating us about keeping things dialed in as always. Thanks ya guys.

Honda and those darn timing belt tensioner! My S2000 was the same way. Just some preventative maintenance and you're set for a few years
Nevermind it wasn't even that! Lol still wouldn't have been surprised if it was
Right on!
AWESOME WORK. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
Thank you!!

Am learning a lots from you thanks you so much God bless you
Much appreciate it
On fire papi
👍🏼👍🏼
Charge him double (joking) so next time he'll bring it to you first so the original work would been done right first time and woulda eliminated this visit to shop all together. Got lucky more damage hadn't happened. A belt break from that guide backwards is totally possible. Good work guys. I'm 47y/o and was racing my 95 GS-R when the US ITR' s came out. Had 3 guys in my car club who owned them. Good times!
Thanks for sharing with us
"Yo f'n Teeter Joseph call out!"
"Spinning ain't winning."
🤣
👊🏼👊🏼
You guys are cool 😎
Thank you
Special car ek9 😍😍😍
Indeed!!
Great job as always Guys, who in their right mind would make their own key-way when it's going to be fitted on a car like that, am I right in thinking that if the key-way shredded it would then let the pulley slip putting the timing out which in turn could wreck the engine? and all that for a cheap part! lucky you were there to save the day. I do like the sudden pull of a turbo but now I have one I prefer the constant pull of a supercharger that's on my merc slk with no turbo lag. Stay safe all. John UK.
Thanks John 👍🏼
I hope that Acura would revived integra type R
I would love some civic eg material
Definitely on our to-do list
Damn !! And what’s the part number on the ati puller tool. I been looking for one
i love my integras
Good for you!!
@@ahcgarage lol just thought i would share that. don't you love your integra too. :)
@@popanollie1 We sure do
As soon as I heard it I was like TURN IT OFF! Sounded like a horror flick!
Right on!!
Ya work on k series integras ?
Will you guys be working on the 2021 acura TLX again????
Yes, we have been filming and gathering as much dyno testing as possible. This is the reason taken a bit longer
How can I get a job at that shop
real life DoughBoy 15:14
Ha!
yeah i remember being super scared of losing that little keyway thing when i had mine out..
Once you dropped it, disappears forever :-)
I always set the damper pulley to the side with the woodruff key sitting inside of it.
@@Patrick94GSR yeah that would work.. but i m hoping i dont have to see that key for a long time lol
Saludos, y no cambiaron los sellos, ni la bomba de agua ni el tensor?? Saludos desde 🇵🇷
Nice build!!
Looks like they used SAE keystock instead of metric.
15:12 😆
🤣🤣
It's easy peasy lol Not easy easy

That Integra looks super sick bro I've had an Integra for since 99 it's been a long time I still have that baby but I've been thinking about selling it or junking it or whatnot but I would really like to just fix it up I live in the Atlanta area and I would love to find a shop or something around here does anybody know where a shop is right or somebody help please I want to do a full engine swap transmission swap and fix my baby up thanks guys
If you ever decide to get rid of it PLEASE let me know 🤞🙏. If not, good luck with your build!
Do you have boost control ? 2-3-4 way port solenoid? How many psi?
Not sure since we are not the owner

The owner was advised but didn’t want to replace them since they were done not long ago
@@ahcgarage oh I’m just giving ya a hard time
We figured. 😄👍🏼
Who’s type R
500hp? I really can’t believe it. What’s the owners IG
Impact on valve cover nut..... 😬😬😬😬
Small impact driver; won’t hurt a thing.
@@Patrick94GSR I'm sure that impact delivers more than 10ib torque and those nut only needs to be hand tighten, but thats just me
@@skywatcher7777 valve cover shouldn't need to be tighten ni more than 10ib and thats about hand tighten, been doing that for years with zero issue
good job, such a great car porn
Thanks very much
Wait! You guys work on cars that have been boosted?!?!? At a dealership? 99% of them would have turn the car down simply because of the mods. That dope of yaw.
Thanks a lot!!!
Need more dealers like this
