chavez85209 some old person that I knew gave me an unfinished disc many years ago. I had it unfinished for very long time. I thought I was going to build myself. Years passed and was still unfinished. Later I paid someone to build it for me. The burner I bought it at the swap meet but I have to modify it because it was Chinese made. The gas valve did not fit the US gas tank. I bought the valve at lowes. I removed the Chinese valves and replaced with the US fitting valves. But that’s not all. I had to modify the use valve to fit the hose to the burner.
This is old school stuff my dad made me a disco best thing ever. Great video!

illphonix my guess would be over 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

How long was the total cook time for the chicken and what temp was your oil at?
imperialeddie1 it took about one hr but the temp I have no idea. My guess is over 300 degrees Fahrenheit
