    Goods stuff. My favorite cheap part has to be the Azzy shift linkage. The transfer case lever used to feel like it was connected with chicken wire, now it feels like how you would think it should. I could barely get it into 4 low before.

    Hi, nice video. I have unlimited Sahara stoke bumper can I install winch on it? Thx what are your recommendations?

    • @dirthead1
      @dirthead1  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for watching! For the stock Sahara bumper, i don’t believe there is a way to mount a winch on it. You could take off the bumper and buy a winch plate to mount one but that would leave you with no bumper. I’d recommend a new bumper that is winch ready. Good bumper brands are EVO mfg, icon, Motobilt, LOD, and Poison Spyder just to name a few! Smittybilt isn’t terrible but expect the powder coating to only last a year. I’ve gotten lucky with my Smittybilt front stinger and it is still in perfect shape after 6 months.

      @@vegasfordguy thats your opinion of course...bet you went with the Amazon LED specials right $99.99 and last as long as the cheap quality you got, plus I bet you blind all on coming traffic with the un-aimable lights you bought. Love my J.W. lights, much better then the OEM lights that came on the rig. And don't worry.....the number of times you need to replace those cheap ass lights you will have spent more then my one time purchase.....lol

    • @vegasfordguy
      @vegasfordguy 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@twoallame Typical foolish response. The projector headlights won't blind oncoming traffic if adjusted properly. Most are exact JW Speaker copies that perform the same at a fraction of the cost. JW Speaker lights will blind oncoming traffic too, if not adjusted correctly.

    • @twoallame
      @twoallame 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@vegasfordguy and there is your ignorance....my lights are adjusted to not blinding others, do prefer LED lights on my JKU, now for my new jeep the only viable option are projector lights, as it is a 1996 JGCL. And those shall be aimed properly, now they are not LED which is my preference as the low voltage draw with phenomenal light output is best. But so be it, they will not be as good as my J.W lights as these have minimal voltage draw with awesome light output. And don't remember ever seeing 8" round projector lights that were affordable or even in existence

    Why you dont recomend rough country? I have my JK lifted with Rough Country parts. Any issue with that??

    • @dirthead1
      @dirthead1  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Rough country has gotten better over the years but they are an entry level suspension kit and will not ride like other systems will. For longativity and off road capability + amazing on road feel, I’d recommend against rough country as it doesn’t satisfy all 3. Not bagging Rough Country as i have ran them before but there is a lot better out there for not much more $$

I have since changed my set up to a Metalcloak 4.5” lift with Falcon 3.3 adjustable piggyback shocks. Also now running ATX slab beadlocks with same Cooper STT pros.
