    An international sensation, Dragon's Den features entrepreneurs pitching for investment in the Den from our Dragons, five venture capitalists willing to invest their own money in exchange for equity.

      It is a show, a TV Show and in the end, the guy with the idea wins. Free advertising. Actually, I think this guy will end up making a good living from his idea if he manages to patent it and gets it to a LARGE beverage distributor. For sure more than what he makes now at his current job. Because if he tries to market it by himself, the Chinese will kill him in a New York Second.

      I get that, but balance the chances of him making millions by himself or with making millions with 2 dragons on board.
      Its easy to see the likely hood of him making it at all increases ten fold with the latter.
      The odds are stacked against him with the former and thats the risk you must take.
      It's just not easy getting past the first post with the fact ur initially giving away a large chunk of ur hard earned work.

      What if you want the one in the middle because it's colder (been in the fridge longer) or if it's a different type of beer? You don't just have to stack all the same brand/type of beers on the Rakastaka - maybe Peters missus stacks her bottles of Bacardi Breezer on top of his Budweiser's.

    • @sappypngn
      @sappypngn 4 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      That or if you have a variety. Say you have a pumpkin beer you want but it's flanked by 2 IPAs and topped by your leftover PBRs. The idea's good, but a whole shelving unit with the same thinness could be more effective whilst still economizing space.

      Mike CS Company valuations are hard to do - and highly debated - even for well-established companies with a solid history of profitability. For new companies, with essentially no history, estimates of potential profit, cashflow, and profit are hugely variable. The slightest of things could see a new company's value move by massive amounts (in percentage terms).
      To confidently assert, for example that a fledgling company is definitely not worth (say) 500k, is pure folly.
