I'd buy one of these TBH. I eat perhaps 2 cucumbers a week and use portions of lemons to squeeze over salads. Covering the ends of both isn't the most pressing or difficult part of my life, but it is an inconvenience.
90% of products on DD have no use at all to me.

I don't believe it to be a weak product, I mean they sell avocado cases, banana cases , tomato cases. This happened to me before a speaking exam. I’d just climbed 3 flights of stairs and was out of breath and seemed nervous for the first few minutes.
