I have always loved the idea of them having the final 5-10 minutes being a flash-forward sequence. I am really hoping that it shows that Jonathan married Candace, and that Jordan married Sarah. And it shows Clark and Lois as Grandparents, and Jordan is out saving the world more often. I also love the idea of Jonathan becoming a sports reporter. That is too perfect!
I’d love to see Jordan become the next Superman but maybe in the suit that Superman had in Batman beyond, cause you know, future? Also I think it would be interesting if Warren Christie could play Bruce Wayne in a scene where he is in Smallville and meets up with Clark Kent who’s at a cemetery visiting his parents graves, but as Bruce approaches Clark he mentions that Lex Luthor is forming a Legion that will bring doom to all that oppose them, so Bruce needs Clark to be in a league that stands for justice to everyone in the world, to which Clark accepts. During their conversation about forming their world’s Justice League, Bruce mentions several meta humans, including a man who can run faster than the speed of light and sound, woman who has a sonic scream, a man who can breathe underwater, a princess from an island of female warriors to name a few, which are The Flash, Black Canary, Aquaman and Wonder Woman.
I actually like they didn't give them both powers. Then to give powers to the emotionally unstable brother rather then the child who is all star football and well behaved. It worked well for the story and the struggles of a father and his family. It made them more human then not, well done.
Wrapping the story in the 9th episode might be confusing, people might think the show ended and not tune in the next week. Stargirl really is the best option if you want a flash forward
Honestly, here’s what I think Superman and Lois would do in the series finale. StarGirl would show up and tells Superman that league needs help on the moon. Superman says goodbye. Cuts to black, then flashes forward into the future and then we see the future versions of Jordan as Superman taking on Lex Luther, Jonathan and Lois at the daily planet working together, and Superman on the moon again with the Justice League taking on the Coronach!!!
I always thought that it would've been cool if they connected Stargirl's Earth Two with Superman and Lois. Because Superman is old enough to have been an honorary member of the JSA based on when he debuts according to the pilot. And to me it'd be cool to have Jordan be a member of the new JSA. Plus the theme of both shows are based on family and the passing of the torch to the next generation of heroes. And I would argue that Stargirl is mostly self contained in the sense that I can see why her villains wouldn't attract the attention of Superman, which would explain why Superman and Lois feels more grounded.
if the only JL reference we get is a name drop after all these years of arrowverse support. that would be heart breaking. even if grant cant come back. wally does become flash in the comics so give it to him finally. maybe we need to come together and make a statement from the fans and demand it like with the snydercut lol. unsure why WB hates the JL so much

My theory that just it going be like Stargirl it do a timeskip of ending with the team it form and Shade talk about all the event in Superman and Lois we going see Clark and his two son as their own superman like Jordan got his own suit and we found out he married Sarah and have kid already and different power and Jonathan become his own superman by become the next Steel with new suit right along with their sister Natasha cause John Henry retire and Lois by at home watch their grandkid and they all home then Morgan Edge show up to their doorstep with his wife and new kid and they happy cause their uncle back

The finale season of Superman and Lois will feature significant changes, including a major budget trimming that affects the cast and episode order.

I wouldn’t mind a flash forward segment where Jordan is working along side Superman but I don’t want him to be called Superman, there’s only one, I don’t think Clark would retire as Superman, it’s not in him to hear someone that needs help & just do nothing or send Jordan in his place.
