Just finished the install. Pulled the three wires off the back of the switch and fed the harness down the gap between the firewall and fender. I then used a coat hanger to fish it out from the gap where you open the door.
The least they should have done was over size the length by a couple feet. Let the end user decide wether to trim excess or bundle. Especially for the price.
I took the fuse panel door off and you’ll see a perfect sized hole on the backside. I drilled a pilot hole in the middle of the mounting hole through the plastic. Then used a step drill bit to get the hole to the right size. You can then push the switch into the hole until it snaps in and then reconnect the three wires run from the engine compartment to switch and put the fuse door back in place.
I wonder if Baja Designs extended/updated their wiring harness.
How did you get it through the fender? I don't have a hole there.

So Baja Designs wants $350 for this kit AND it doesn't actually fit the truck? That's ridiculous lol
Had they run the wiring correctly, it would fit perfect.

Have you found another way to wire the lights?
We have not
How did you mount the switch?
