    The question we all have is how long does that pork jello last in the fridge before it goes rancid. That’s where I struggle. Do you freeze it all and bring it out the night before to thawed out

    I did gaps for 6 months before getting pregnant with my 3rd baby. She is a two months old now and exclusively breastfeeding. Do you recommend waiting until shes done breastfeeding to start the gaps diet again? Or would it be okay to start full gaps while breastfeeding?

    • @BumblebeeApothecary
      @BumblebeeApothecary  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Dr. Natasha says that full GAPS is wonderful for during pregnancy and nursing, so you could move to full GAPS now if you want :) She says to avoid intro during pregnancy and nursing because it triggers a lot of detox. I hope this helps!

      Hey, I hope you dont mind my opinion on that.
      Are you having gut issues or why would you go back to gaps? Why did you gaps before pregnancy? Gaps seems to starve some bacteria strains, because one doesnt eat certain foods and one eats low carb. You would pass on that limited microbiome diversity to your child when pregnant and breastfeeding, the kid might have problems tolerating foods that you left out during gaps. But the kid might be trained tolerating these with time.
      Anyway, I therefore think it might be better to eat less restricted, include healthy traditional foods excluded on gaps. At least I would try nourish the whole microbiome / not starving some strains out. Unless you really have issues.
      I just share this because maybe someone benefits from it.

  • @lemonadewithniecey
    @lemonadewithniecey 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I can tolerate a ground beef with liver at 25% but even a teaspoon of patē will make me gag. I can sometimes also stand canned codliver mixed with home canned tuna. I learned we are not supposed to eat canned fish and I am assuming that's a fresh cooked is better not a canned is bad. We can our own tuna. Is the commercial canned In its own oil actually a decent replacement for ground liver. Or would it be better to add freeze dried liver pills or only have the l ground beef with 25% liver. Knowing I am likely only eating about a half pound a week so that's 2oz liver per week. I know I need to learn to cook liver because my son actually really likes it but he needs to be dairy free and so I need a recipe without milk butter or cream

    Does Natasha say anything about strengthening the gut barrier? I’ve been on GAPS since 2020. (With a nutritionist) Loose stool symptoms went away (yay) but now there’s the opposite. And meat and vegetables are the only tolerable foods atm. Anything else causes eczema!

    For gaps intro, is using a slowcooker allowed for making meat stock? In my head that's a convenient way to make sure I've always got plenty of meat stock going, I'm just not sure if that's equivalent to boiling.

      You clearly have NO understanding of the human body. Our ancestors didn't have the Chemtrails, poisons in the food and water, the glyphosate, antibiotics, and the TONS of other chemicals destroying our bodies and specifically our guts. So to ADAPT we have to HEAL. I'm truly concerned with your lack of knowing anything. Given your poor sentence structure I'm assuming you're either an eight year old who is pissed off with your mom's phone, or you're severely lacking any prefrontal cortex function. Can I ask why you are on here if you think it's obsessive and weird that a mother would want to heal her family?

    • @gardenofgraceoils

      Firstly, you're seeing snippets of her day. Making such a rash judgement of her as a mother based off minutes is dumb. Secondly, she is a far better mother than those who give their kids poptarts & stick them in front of a TV. Her children are blessed to learn how to cook healthy food. Calm down.

    • @sockpuppet1
      @sockpuppet1 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, you don't need to do it if you don't have any health issues. Some people have chronic illnesses and they always need to watch out for their health. If you think it's orthorexic, probably means your health is fine and you just don't need this diet.
