I am very selective about the products I use on my oily face, and oddly, I never actually found a moisturizer for my skin type until this litttllextra riceberry face moisturizer. Now I can say my facial complexion is getting better with this. It doesn't react with my skin (yes, my skin is very sensitive). Also, I love the consistency of this moisturizer, it has a calming, light feeling that is not sticky. The texture is so thin yet nourishing. Sometimes, I even apply it on my lips to feel the hydration. I really wish they make bigger tubes for this moisturizer because I've already multiple tubes. I truly wish they come up with bigger tubes.

According to Ayurveda drink water when you are thirsty only....your body is a very intelligent machine and gives you a signal everytime it's thirsty. Don't make it complicated by drinking particular amounts of water...following the western science in drinking water is just not sensible. So deink when you are thirsty so you won't feel bloated by over drinking :)
there is no single shampoo that can treat all types of flakiness. You can try scalp plus shampoo twice a week. if it doesn't get better than please consult a dermatologist in your area .

Use olive oil or castor oil in the night wash first before applying oil
And consult doctor also
Try using Physiogel Calming Relief Ai cream. See a doctor. Eat healthy. Stay hydrated. Don't apply oil of any sort directly on skin.
