I have been showering in lukewarm water for years now even in the winter and I am used to it now. So much better for skin!
Thank you 😊😊😊
This is Gonna b so Helpful🔥🔥🔥👍n Happy Sunday😀….
Thank you for sharing. Can you recommend some facial korean and japanese products (daily routine) for atopic dermatitis?
Hi, what do you recommend for seborrheic dermatitis?
What are good soaps to use?
Cetaphil actually has some pretty decent body washes, even the salicylic acid one is very hydrating & moisturizing. They just don't lather, which is off-putting for some.
Thank you so much doctor ♥️ these tips is very helpful since I’m already experiencing eczema 🥲
the la roche polsay products that are mentioned are not available in british drugstores so can you tell other alternatives
Can you use these products on the eye area. Also can you use these products for seborreia dermatitis
Hydrocortisone is awesome
Thank you for the valuable feedback on the products and educating us. I wondering if you could please recommend the alternative of cicaplast as you have suggested not to apply daily. what could be the alternative as I really need thick moisturiser. Thank you.
Yes I live lipikar from LRP, similarly cerave , cetaphil and vanicream have great thick, moisturizing creams
What about CeraVe facewash?
Is there a couple lip balms you recommend for eczema prone skin?
Wanted to love the LRP cicaplast baume on eczema flare up, but it burned and made skin itch like crazy :( also felt like my skin became more dry
Thank you for sharing. Do you have SPF recommendations for eczema prone skin?
Cerave and cetaphil both have great options for sensitive skin so does eucerin and neutrogena
@@dr.jennyliu Thanks.
I ca not find a detergent without sodium laryl sulpahte
Hi Dr. Could you please share some products for babies scalp and body with eczema.
Yes. I would love to know a few as well.
Hi dr❤
Can we layer Tretinoin with copper peptides will that decrease the effectiveness of the copper peptide❤
No fine to use together
So tempted to try cerave Moisturizing cream but i am scared if this will be too oily for the combination but dehydrated skin... doctor will you recommend this for combination skin?
Should be fine. You can try the lotion version first. Both are pretty watery imo
Do you have recommendations for a shampoo and conditioner for scalp eczema?
Vanicream I like
Thank you@@dr.jennyliu
@@dr.jennyliugreat options! I find eczema products are terrific for my dry skin - and I don’t have eczema!
My two cents about shampoos: though I live by Vanicream’s cleanser (can be drying) and the cream for my face and body (I am dry/super sensitive)…sadly, their shampoo dried out my scalp, turned my hair to straw and is not suitable for color-treated hair. I know everybody is different. Hope others have better results. It’s very hard to find a fragrance-free shampoo that does it all. I think I need to invent one.
So natural and beautiful 🫶
Can i use all of these for face as well? And the cerave SA is for face too?
Yes but if you’re prone to acne, you may want to use Face specific moisturizers
I am very disappointed in Cetaphil. I bought one bc it said fragrance free but I went online and researched every ingredient and at least four ingredients are scents. Explains why my face goes red after I use it. Now I’m looking for Vanicream in stores but no luck yet as their ingredients are much better.
I apply moisutrizer right after I shower and again before I go to bed but sometimes after a few hours of sleeping my skin feels dry again. It's like all the moisturizer is gone. And I get woken by feeling itchy. Cant sleep because of this
😊
Can you recommend a moisturizer that has the same ingredients as the eucerin advanced repair, but no AHA? I find my eczema cannot tolerate long term use of ahas on a regular basis.
Eucerin has an eczema line does not have AHAs
@@dr.jennyliu yea, but it doesn't contain any of the nmf that the advanced therapy has. I find it's too thick and doesn't spread well
@@dr.jennyliuI used the CVS dupe for eucerin eczema today! thick, but not emollient or rich for my needs. Hard to spread, and almost leaves a white cast upon application before it's absorbed. Going to try to add some glycerin to help combat this so I can finish it.
Daily use of any mineral sunscreen causes eczema on my neck that clears up when I stop using it. And I have to alternate brands daily or my neck gets annoyed.
There is no product I’ve found that I can use twice a day on my face or neck. For a short time, I can use separate morning and night routines on a daily basis while my skin barrier recovers. As soon as it’s okay again, it’s back to having to alternate products daily or my skin barrier starts being compromised. I have an absurd amount of skincare as a result.
My skin has always been difficult and has become more difficult as I’ve aged. It baffles dermatologists.
I find the eucerin advanced repair lotion (havent tried the cream yet) thicker than cerave. Stickier too, cerave is quiete watery imo
Removing a food from your diet that flared it doesn't matter ? That is weird
Shower once a week ? That’s freaking gross 🤢
Ha, I read your comment before getting 1/2 way through the video, thought Dr Liu was recommending this. Phew.
Yes she absolutely says you need to shower daily. I just can’t imagine someone who doesn’t shower 🤢
Despicable! 😢😢
