- Skyrim is a game loaded with hundreds (Thousands?) of unique items and spells, all waiting for the player to use them, some rare, some common. However, there are some weapons, armors and spells in TES 5, that the player is unable to access. Most of these items are cut content, or only usable by NPCs (without console commands). However, today we open Skyrim up, and take a look at 5 of these unobtainable items in The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim.
In today's edition of 'What Nate said incorrectly' - "Fus Do Rah' is not a thing. "Cyclone" is also available as a shout added in with the Dragonborn DLC, so it's a good thing we had an honorable mention.

I know that you can obtain the broken sword blade and shaft, but I also read somewhere that there are a lot more broken weapons in the game's files. Maybe there is a little bit of backstory to these items? Anyway, keep up the good content man!

The Dragon Shout is used again when you battle Alduin the first time on the throat of the world and the second time in Sovngarde.
So... what you're saying is that you can get a male follower, equip Astrid's Burnt Body on them and then equip the Headless Horseman's armor on yourself and look like you're being followed by your head that you refuse to put back on. Sounds like my kind of gameplay.

It depends on the follower's armor stat. The highest armor stat (or value if they have the same armor rating I believe) will have that armor equipped.

My guess is this guy didn't do the main quest
and at the start of the game in helgen.. alduin always uses that shout when you encounter him.. except for the encounter near kynesgrove where you meet delphine and other radiant events you might encounter near dragon burial mounts where you can see alduin resurrect dead dragons.. (for example the one near rorikstead)

There was a cut ending to the game where the dragonborn would join the Graybeards after defeating Alduin but it was removed when the game was changed to let the player continue after the game ends instead of the sort of monologue about what the player did like in Fallout NV. there would be a small cutscene of the dragonborn wearing the robes before the game would end. 4:20

That cyclone spell has so much strategic value.
I like the Phantom/Shadow sword. Basically it's an invisible sword that only has 1 damage and only exists so the Greybeard clones the Greybeards create don't raise their fisticuffs.
2:33 Pretty sure some mod that I have enables this thing to be looted from what's-his-face Snow Elf Vampire during the Dawnguard DLC. Had this item plus the rest of the set on my Khajiit Brawler and it looked amazing with the Green Colovian Hood that I had from the Beyond Skyrim: Bruma mod (plus a green Dragon Priest cape from a different mod).

I think Arvak is more practical than any other horse in game, unless you use mods for summoning your horse like in Witcher 3, i don't know if mod like that exists tho. Being able tu summon your horse at will is great, plus you don't have to worry if he dies as you can just summon him again. Shadowmere is immortal so he can't die but you can't summon him to you.

In the quasmoke test room there's a second version of the ebony blade. It's a pretty good weapon cause when you attack with it the NPC acts like nothing would happen.
I would use the horseman's armour on a mannequin if I had a pc.

Use clothing dragonpreist masks mod and cowless dragon priest masks mod. Bug each one of them to make you headless. Works on followers and everything. Enjoy
2:08 Alduin uses the dragon storm shout almost every time you encounter him (in Helgen, on the throat of the world, and in Sovngarde)
After killing Grelod the Kind, the children will run towards the body and cheer you on, and say things like,"Yes, Grelod the Kind is finally dead!",and,"I can't believe it! Grelod is dead! She's really dead!", and," and so on and so forth.
But, if you kill Constance Michel, they will run away from you and say things like,"I hope monsters come and eat you.", and,"I hate you!", and,"Get away from me!".
I thought this was a neat little easter egg showing their hate for Grelod the Kind and fondness over Constance Michel.
Like so he can see for the top 5 facts you didn't know.
Uh maybe because Michel wasn't an evil hag like Grelod, there's literally a room with shackles in the back of the orphanage

The crown can be found at the floor where you fight the arch curate. It’s just that for some reason, during combat, it just flies around
I’m curious about that firestorm shout, now. If that was actually added into the game, I wonder how you would’ve obtained it. Would it be found on some sort of word wall like all the others, or would it be taught to you by the graybeards or another dragon. Maybe Paarthurnax or Alduin himself under certain circumstances? I’m also a little curious about what it would sound like when your player said the words...
You can pickpocket the grey beards robes if you have 100 pickpocket skill
There is a shout that has the exact effects as the cyclone spell, I believe it is called cyclone as well

A naked burnt body offers more protection than thick ass robes?! Okay, Bethesda
I figured astrids burnt body was a special apparel thing. One time i used dead thrall on her and brought her to riverwood and laid her body in the river, basically roleplaying that it was her gravesite. Every now and then from that point on, id drop a deathbell or nightshade flower into the river in her memory.

the dragon storm call shout is used by alduin again when u face him the first time and then he flees to sovangard, which he uses it again there when u finally kill him. plus he uses a shout when it happens so i believe its his shout

Hearing the incorrect usage of a famously memed dovah shout, I slammed on the pause button and rushed to the comment section. I was eager to etch my witty anecdote upon the Word Wall for all the world to see...but I was too late..."Fus Do Rah" and other comical tongue slips had already been noted by many before me...I hung my head in shame and instead decided to leave this story behind for others who were felled by the same fate.

The falmer crown is obtainable in skyrim SE. Or maybe via a mod, not sure. It even has armour rating comparable to glass helmet. I use it a lot

As a side note on the Female grey beard robes. It could have been that Bethesda was going to give you the opportunity to join the Grey beards against dragons vs. The blades. But it wouldn’t have made any sense wether they did fight dragons like the blades do; or they allow you to join but don’t help in any way like the blades do. Thus scratching the idea from the game.

Yeah, I think there is a virus in Europe atm. Everyone I know has it.
Luckily I am just recovering from it.
It could be due to the cold environment as a lot of wild birds are dying here from it. If you try to stay warm, then you should sweat it out.
The reason why the ancient falmer crown wasn't used is because there is a head item called SnowElf and I think it is because they never actually made a snow elf race, when you wear it your head disappears
Actually, when battling Alduin on the throat of the world, if you don't attack him or do anything to hurt him he uses the shout again.
I would like to say, I play Skyrim special edition on Xbox one, and I have acquired the ancient falmer helmet, I didn’t know it was among the items you can’t get in game
I find it interesting that Astrid's BURNT corpse gives you better protection than Greybeard's robes.

I believe the meteor shower shout was replaced by storm call, There is something Epic about calling meteors down onto all of your enemys heads but, I can't say I prefer it over Stormcall...

During all these encounters you can use the clear skies shout to get rid of the effect

Actually, Alduin's Meteor Storm shout can be seen when you fight him at the Throat of the World and in Sovngarde and can be canceled with the Clear Skies shout
CelticDragon0 or made more intense by throwing Storm Call into the mix. Wrecks the Ancient Heros and turns the fight into a 1v1.

you can get the crown of the snow elves but you have to do a cruel and evil puzzle to get it but you also get a lot of gold wepones and gems

The fire balls are used by alduin at the end of the main quest line not just in helgen
The ancient Falmer crown is obtain able and has damage protection I think it’s around 18 you can get it if you go back to the balcony place it will be laying on the floor if you go up the steps
