working my way through the video and so far fantastic job!
Many thanks, I hope you are finding them useful.
Great video 💪. Out of interest what brightness setting do you have for the backlight? I know the estimates for 28 days in smartwatch mode are based on a backlight brightness value of 20%. As you increase the backlight the estimated number of days decrease. Based on your usage how many days do you get before requiring a recharge? Thanks.
Thanks for your question, for normal use we have the backlight set at either 20-30%, but for the videos we do turn it up to 50% as we are indoors.
How often it is charged depends on the number of times the GPS is being used i.e. how many activities it is recording.
I would say as it is recording an activity every other day (1 hour or less) and then a long walk/ run at the weekend (5 - 7 hours) it will be charged every other week.
I hope this helps.
@@ukgpstraining that’s great information, I’ve been getting about 18 days from my first weeks of testing using the Tactix 7 which is basically the same as the Fenix 7X. Now I’m on my second full charge and plan to keep the screen at 20% and see how long it lasts for based on my usage.
video is great as always only the video sometimes out of focus... is the 7x your main watch?.. cheers
Thanks for your feedback re it going out of focus. Andy, who did this video - it is his main watch.
