ah the Erie Lackawanna Railroad was The Friendly Service Route , i had the privilege to ride the nice mu cars for a while in the early 1980s, they were still around then... great video !
EL is one of my absolute favorite fallen flags... I'm usually into the mainline across Indiana, but way out east was so much more scenic. Also love that shot at 27:10. Great angle and it really shows how much the trains swayed on the old jointed rail they didn't have the money to maintain anymore.
Erie Lackawana was a great Railroad. One of the best of the Fallen Flags.
