With Mike’s brand of humor, there’s never a dull moment. So, sit back and let Big Mike take the wheel
Narrated with commentary by Mike Bednar
Color and sound; approximately 50 minutes runtime
Absolute savage commentary! That's what I'm here for.
I’d actually thought about making a video like this myself! Never clicked a video faster, love Big Mike and his humor. I’ve worked in industry and known lots of guys just like him
Been waiting for one of these compilations XD
Also I'd like a dozen yocco hotdogs and a diet coke now! I'm hungry!
Always enjoy Mike Bednar's take on things!!
I retired in 2020 after 41 years of service with Southern Ry/NS, and big Mike is so spot on with his comments on these videos! And even though I have no idea about who they were, I love to hear his comments about people from “Ardmore”! The guys a national treasure!
So good to hear the legend, the best play by play on any train video.
Never fails to make me smile!
I love the end credit music!!! Ya Good.
I worked at Gary’s restaurant in Lehighton. Nick was good friends with Kitty our head cook. They would often talk about the festival. My father had the opportunity to ride with Nick on a day his pushers had to make 2 trips from Lehighton to mountain top. Thanks for the memories Big Mike
Loved his articles, love his commentary
Came for Mike Bednar, stayed for the trains
I used to read The rail Press and railroad railfan I liked your commentary as well as your photography . My eyes seen better days I cannot read without glasses anymore but one of my favorite stories was the Blisters Lehigh Valley's RS11 or 27 I think they were. You done some great history telling of North East railroading. I enjoyed them all Conrail, Lehigh Valley Reading and Northern etc..... Between you and the late Jim Boyd Mr. railroad himself just loved all of it. Now I prefer youtube vids now...... Railroading today you might as well have just one big railroad and call it the Railroad its a matter of time before that does happen. I know nostalgia doesn't pay the bills but be cool to see All the Class 1s be busted back into regionals... But thats never every going to happen..
Big Mike > Morgan Freeman.
I love how this dude has become his own category in railroad documentaries.
Putting it in my cart while riding Amtrak, great audio choice for the end credits!!
Thanks for taking the time to make these great videos.
Got the JPM email yesterday and ordered it immediately. Wish he had a RR podcast.
Thoroughly enjoyed Mike’s commentary living here in Southern California. We got quite a few Rembrandts here although now it’s called graffiti.
Love the commentary lol
Awesome John!
My grandparents were Scranton coal miners.

@@Retired88M Mike can no longer get around like he used to, so he wouldn't be able to attend any events.
I could use a dozen Yoccos right now!!
Wonder if those pierogis are still good! Love the music!
The best!
Drank myself sober😆
@4:08 whoah
Big Mike is great! We had to be sarcastic to make it through the day while we watched the idiots run the railroad.
Is Mike still with us?
YES! Mike is doing just fine. And working with him was a pleasure.
And I thought my older brother was snide.
My favorite was channel 8 don’t be late.
We'll get to that comment at some point. Mike provided so much material; it will take some time to assemble them all into convenient packages. Keep watching for more releases
@ I still have several titles on my wish list. 😁
@@yrunaked4 Black Friday sale is coming up on November 29th 😉😉
Wonder if Big Mike knew my one uncle Arthur Jones or Chumpy they called him on the railroad. He worked out of the lehighton/ Jim thorpe area
