For many decades my interest in trains has been in steam motive power. However, lately I find myself drawn to getting aquatinted with Diesel. Could be because I have a grandson who lives near a rail yard and loves to watch the locomotives at work. Your video was informative and a pleasure to watch. Thank you.
My friend, as a train enthusiast and a fan of trains unlimited. I want to,see if you can upload a trains unlimited the american streamliner episode? It would be a honor to bring one of its lost episode.
I'm going to have to start searching for that at around July or August 2024... I've got a lot of other things to focus on right now, such as my building plans for my Lionel Fastrack 8x16 layout.
@@DPGamingMagic The Price for my 8 x 16 Lionel/MTH Layout is going to cost me at least $3000.00 so it's the money part that is the real trouble for me.
so, is this episode 10 a continuation of the History Channel's 1997 Trains Unlimited Series by Greystone Comm. Inc. / A&E TV Networks? (minus "The History Channel" 4 seconds at the front, and about a minute at the end where the credits used to be? ) I see the same steam giants#0429 channel in the que, with 1998 Episode 25 and with full credits from History Channel / Greystone, too.

Great Series, especially if they don't know much about trains !😊
Diesel Locomotives are yet indispensable and undisputed in America for freight trains
Ft103 was bought by Southern railway and this locomotive when to Spencer Shops which now NCTM.
NCTM has a E3 ACL,and Southern railway FP7 and E8 which are still running today.
Well done!
I use to volunteer at NCTM with Jim Wrinn when he was the head of the museum in the 1990s.

@@SteamGiants Ouch, I can see how long it will take to earn money for that layout.
@@SteamGiantswould love to see the Urban Trains and The Locomotive episode sometime. Hopefully late summer or so, since I know you’re busy.

Southern railway also try D109 and PA3 which did not match E6,E7,and E8.
Southern railway stop using steam locomotives in 1953.
It irritates me that "progress" is measured by how many jobs can be eliminated.
