Your vise appears to be a Rigid Matador 140..... Can you please tell me what sort of attachment jaws those are that were easily flipped out of the way on the vise Jaws?? At 7:24 of the video... 🙏 Cheers from the U.S.A.
10 out of 10 for observation! They are indeed Ridgid matador, and the soft jaws are a genuine Ridgid part, simply called 'Plastic Jaws set', and you can buy them for 120, 140 and 160 matador vices IIRC. Hope that helps?
Sweet video. This really helps me understand how the twin tube design is working. I didn't see a bladder or IFP in the piggy back. Does this shock not use one? I also noticed it looks like you increased the stroke by 5mm. Do you use a different end cap or simply change how far it's pushing into the damper body?
Is it hard to add some more high speed rebound compression and also make the pedal assist mode much stiffer? Would love to be able to make these changes to my ttx shock
Such a great video to nerd out on! Would you do a comparison video on the gen 1 vs M.2 coil? Thanks for the thorough content!
Great idea! Coming soon!!
Find this stuff really interesting👍🏻🤓
Cheers dude! Us too!

cheers bud! The shock uses bladder for damper pressure. The stroke length change was simply on the stop cap so easy to sort! Cheers for watching! Mat

yes we can do all of that for you at Plush Suspension! Get in touch and we can configure some changes for you! Mat
Hello, how many psi of nitrogen or air do you add to this ohlins ttx22 shock?
I prefer my TTX22m2 has a faster rebound and lighter low speed compression, would you make this change?
Didn't realise how much was involved with a coil shock.
Loads of stuff in there!!
Would be good to see a shock being bleed on the vac pump in real time to see what's involved.
We can do that! Next video for sure!
That's called a gasket scraper
That shock is garbage, nothing but problems with it.
What kind of problems do you have ? I've been smashing my TTX22M1 for 2 years with no issue whatsoever. Never serviced it either.
