I have watched a few government contracts videos on TH-cam, which sparked an interest, but it is still quite confusing with all of the information there is out there, and it can be overwhelming at times. Would you mind doing a dedicated video for beginners looking to get into government contracting but don't where to start. I would like a step by step beginners tutorial or guide from picking a niche registering on sam.gov as a business or just being the middle man and whatever else you would like is to know after doing that because you have plenty of informative videos on how to find contracts, what to do next. For me it is how or where to start as a beginner that confuses me. Do you have mentorship program? Thanks..

Business procedures have changed. People out here mispresenting this process. For example, 2yrs ago, my tax representative submitted my app for an EIN with no llc. I knew I needed llc, and he said I didn't. I consume its trash now. I'm frustrated after watching this. Thank you. Stay blessed & prosperous

Can you do an example BID? also steps needed before placing a BID so you don't under bid and lose money (contacting contracts for pricing etc.) that would be more introspective in my opinion.

If I created a Sole Proprietorship in order to get the Tax ID number, can I add the DBA as an LLC or does it have to be that in reverse? In other words should I have had the LLC first and then the sole proprietorship? Your guidance is needed??!!

For instance I will setup my company then I won’t do the work personally I will basically play the middle man an get people to do the service but how do I pay them. I’m sure the government spent just say hey here is 500k to do the job we asked or do they ….?

Check the state in which you registered the entity.
I registered an LLC with myself as a member. On my IRS letter, it has my name and “Mbr” after my last name. Should I enter my name this way when I register?
With the doing business as that gets added to the existing business, do I have to go and update my EIN as well as my LLC documents or does a filing that DBA document do that automatically? Also in setting up the DBA business account do I need to open up a separate business account that says DBAwith new name, inserted versus using the existing business account that’s already in place
Update the DBA with your state. That’s all.
